POLY ~ Nasty!!!

I really didn't want to do any more articles prior to my book release November 10th, but it seems that the alleged church is EXPLODING with all kinds of unrighteousness, and I must let someone know my position on the issues. Yes, while I prepare to release this powerful word through a written narrative, I am also engaged in doing my best to combat this RANK DEGENERACY that is appearing as something normal among the church. 

Yes...believe me...I have no stone to throw. I am unworthy to attempt to "straighten out" the Body of Christ and certainly don't intend to do that, however, I must abide in my calling as long as I am in this skin and do what I am called to do...and that is to PREACH THE TRUTH even if that truth finds me, my friends, my family or anyone else, without reservation, because only through TRUTH can we be made free (John 8:32) and only truth will last. 

For all those that hate bloggers and especially those, like me, who have been at this for quite some time...(I feel kind of a Grandfather to some of the more popular Youtube and Social Media expositors)...part of that call is to sound the alarm against sin and evil, pronouncing the word of God:

Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. ~ Isa. 58:1

YES, those of us who are the true servants of Christ and actually engaged in standing against the tide of sin, advancing the Kingdom of God and calling this lost generation to Christ, have an obligation, to not only preach the WORD to them that are lost, but to preach the truth without reservation to the Church, if not, the church will continue to slip into the abyss of sin and shame with the world and degenerate at an exponential rate. 

I mean look at it...we have ministers teaching magic and magic words to their congregations like "abracadabra"...We have ministers who have dedicated their whole congregations and ministries to sexual sin and perversions such as homosexuality, transexuality, and now even a resurgence of polygamy and polyamory, as I will point out shortly. Leaders now cheer for murder and assassination, as if  life were a video game, and the utter confusion of doctrine and Biblical illiteracy is at an all time high. Yes, these are dangerous, or as Paul told Timothy, "perilous" times! Then there is this...

Renewal of POLY~nasty

Like a terrible sitcom, as many of us thought it was an Ai spoof, a particular set of alleged church leaders rose up to announce their polygamous or better yet, polyamorous relationship. In what was a fiasco the ages, a particular pastor/prophet, Isaiah Ford, allowed his pastor wife, Lydia Ford, to present to the congregation her "sister wife" Shakayla Terrell...

Now, yes, this type of stuff has been around for quite some time within the old Mormon church and some offshoot branches of the Mormon church even in modern times. Yes, we have some folk that claim that the practice of Islam permits a man to have 4 wives (Quran 4:3) as long as he can supply their financial need and treat them "justly" under the law of Adl'. 

Blind Alleged Christian PROPHETS

Well, it seems that these modern day heretics, who call themselves prophets, but who can't seem to see how to tame and or curb their passions and lust in front of their congregation at least, are trying to convince themselves and others that they are being led by God into a new polyamorous relationship where they can lead God's people and continue, without remorse and or behavioral modification, to pastor and lead a church.

First, STOP...Who didn't know that when OC Allen of Atlanta, GA. married a man and presented him as "first gentleman" of the church in an openly and encouragingly gay ministry and now reformation that polygamy and polyamory wasn't next? Yes, pedophilia is on the way and we can see all kinds of perverts aligning themselves to champion that sexual deviance as well. 

The Story

It was a Sunday, and the weather outside was...forget about that...this is what went down:

We enter the scene when Lydia Ford, was at the mic. Lydia, otherwise seemingly a pleasant lady, standing fairly close to her husband, prophet/pastor Israel Ford, seeming like they were going to encourage their congregation to reach higher for the Lord, decided that this message was going to be a little different...prophet Lydia, took the time to introduce to the congregation, for the first time, "openly", in other words this THANG been happening for a minute...her new "Sister In Wife" minister Shakayla Talley...now, Shakalya Ford.

Among giggles and cackles, and seemingly surprised to some extent, but not short on words, Shakayla introduced the "elephant in the room" as the "cat was out of the bag" (both analogies used at the same time) those cats were chasing these mice, to the ooh's and aah's and wow's of the man at the center of attention. Israel Ford (pastor/prophet not withstanding) only was the MC  and looking like the "cat that stole the canary" was wholly in tune with the alleged minister and alleged prophetess of the benefits of this new fangled-dangled relationship, and that God, by his spirit, was at the center of all they were doing...

BUT WAIT...NEWS FLASH...There is a new dimension of this terrible and horrific HALLOWEEN, "Nightmare on Church Street" story arising out of the dust as it seems that pastor/prophet Israel has a dirt trail of alleged abuse, grooming and otherwise sexual abuse and manipulation looming. It seems that his step daughter is claiming that he was sexually perverse with she and her sister and was not and has not been a good example...all those things are ALLEGEDLY...

OK...Back To The Heart Of The Matter

We can see plainly, that these folk DOTH find themselves in the hollow thralls of infamy (Google that)  and CANNEST NOT find their prophetic way to the door...What makes it even worse, they seemed to have a whole line of cheerleaders, at least on the internet, ready to twist, pervert and turn scripture so far left that you would think having one spouse is against God, his kingdom and all that he is...

THE END

Rather than deal with a deep dive into what these polygamous pulpit perverts wanted to perpetuate on the public and impose on scripture, let's just look at a couple of ways to give a Biblical retort against this new wave of  TRASH doctrine. 

The first polygamist in the Bible was Lamech. In Genesis 4. He was the Great, Great, Great Grandson of Cain. This whole lineage was a lineage of rebellion against God. Cain was the first murderer and the first city builder. He trained his son to build cities also even naming the city he built after his son Enoch. Can's rebellion was a perpetual practice as displayed by his act of city building. This act of city building was an act of rebellion in order to replace and or eliminate the rule of God, replacing it with the rule of man and mankind honoring and venerating humanity or himself. This became a deeply engrained cultural value system only generations after Cain was banished from God's sight after he murdered his own brother Abel. 

Cain's 3 times, Great Grandson Lamech would echo Cain's actions taking it to an even greater depth and low of sin, by killing a man in what seems to be some sort of conflict in which the man had hurt him, but he (Lamech) went to the extreme exchanging murder for being beaten or at least receiving licks in battle. In other words Lamech was out of control. He brought a gun to a fist fight and when he was hit, he murdered.

Then, Lamech took things even further, basically writing a song about it, claiming to his wives, that if Cain (his 3 times Great Grandfather) was to be avenged 7 times for any who would kill him, [This was a strong indicator that he knew the realness of God, but refused to honor him] that retaliation for anyone who would even approach him with the idea of bodily harm, he would be avenged 70 times. This was abject rage, hatred and disdain for humanity. Interestingly, this was the exact backdrop of Jesus teaching on forgiveness, echoing the 70 times 7 motif (Matthew 18:21-22) condemning the posture of total disdain, hatred and revenge to a new posture of total love, concern and restoration.

Prior to all that, according to scripture, Lamech was the first to marry multiple wives. Adah and Zillah (Gen. 4:19) His actions in this was a further display of open rebellion against God. Although Adam and Eve were yet alive, Lamech was not impacted to admire his 4 times Great Grandparents and used his life as a monument against God, his way and his order.  

So we observe that polygamy was birthed out of rebellion against God and was a violation of God's order and his plan for mankind. It was clearly and still is a sin...

PUSH BACK: Pastor...All those Old Testament greats had multiple wives...Even Abraham had 3...How is it evil?

Glad you asked... Here is the answer:

God's people were told not to multiply wives as the "heathen" did (Deut. 17:17) but as you see, found a way to be in rebellion against God. In the New Testament Jesus addressed the issue while addressing marriage and divorce within the scripture. Building on Genesis 2:24, where God created Adam for the Eve and vice-versa, Jesus said this: 

4-And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5-And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? ~ Mt. 19:4-5

There was only TWO that were to become ONE flesh within the marital union. Not, three, not four or five...only TWO.

Later in Ephesians 5:31, Paul goes on to draw the parallel of marriage between Christ and his bride, the Church, using the same Genesis 2:24 reference to explain the "mystery" of the Church. 

In other words Jesus teaching on the issue was clear, two people would become one flesh, not three, four, or six...Paul's teaching was clear on the issue that there was ONE church (the Bride of Christ), not multiple churches, and Christ. The one church would become one with Christ. This was the plan. The unity of two was the aim and example. The marital relationship that God instituted was the archetype of the union of Christ with his people aka: the Church.   

Interestingly, in Jesus's answer to this question, which you also find in Matthew 19:6b and in Mark 10:9, Jesus delivers somewhat of a pinpoint caveat that states:

"What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder."

The "What therefore God has joined together" refers to the union itself. This was not to be broken, "put asunder" by man or mankind. It was not to be changed and or modified out of convenience. Jesus places a capstone on the issue, pinpointing the exact meaning of the scripture on the marital union and ultimately upon divorce. 

The Allowance of Moses

In this narrative, Jesus refers to God allowing "divorce" due to the hardness of men's hearts (Matthew 19:8) but does not endorse divorce as God's plan and or will. As stated, it is clear, that when marriage was referenced and affirmed by Jesus it only included 2 people. A male and a female and a husband and wife and not 3 or more individuals.

We could go further into the requirement for church presbyters which, according to scripture were told to not have multiple wives, but to be responsible within their families and relationships. I will not take a deep dive into that at this point.   

PUSH BACK: So what are we to make of OT heroes of the faith with multiple wives?

Look at every one of them...Every OT character that had multiple wives had multiple problems. There was all kinds of things that happened. Yes, even in marriages where there was no additional spouses there were problems. I am sure both Lot, Aaron, Eli, Job and Samuel could testify to those things, but violation of the marital order was not one of their issues. OT heroes, as great as they were, were used to display what we would come to know in a greater way, that we need JESUS in this life! The power of sin needed to be overcome and they were OT heroes because they lived for the promise that was to come through and by Jesus, the King of Kings. 

God set boundaries around polygamy because of the hearts of men and mankind. Polygamists had no power to overcome the flesh such as we have today...ALLEGEDLY! The OT character, though full of faith and virtue, were not the epitome of our New Testament value system or the value and strength that would be presented through the power and sacrifice of Jesus. 

Working with and through flawed and even sometime rebellious men, God was able to allow the savior of the world to come to break the power of sin and reverse the curse of satan. Polygamy was most certainly delivered to the world under and by sin and rebellion against God. There is no way to sanctify it. It must be forsaken...Its power must be broken. Its appeal to our sin nature must be denied. It is fools gold and filled with mental trauma for everyone, even children. 

No matter how many million of sperm a man has, (and yet that is another foolish argument for a man to have multiple wives) or how many women outnumber men in modern society, or how much money one has to take care of multiple women and families, God has set boundaries and parameters around us sexually and those boundaries aren't to take our fun away, it is so that our lives will be full of his joy and to increase the wealth of his spirit upon us. 

Don't Be Cheated By Sin

Unfortunately, I have learned and observed that unrighteousness cheats everyone in its path. Rebellion causes a loss of relationships, friendships and opportunities that would not otherwise be lost or compromised if there were a Biblical commitment to doing righteously and obeying the word of God. To free one's self from sexual sin may take a lifetime of repair both mentally and physically. All of that says nothing of the loss of ministry opportunities and the risk of losing one's soul. I would only say, if you are unwilling to pay the ultimate cost, don't do it. Righteousness is fulfilling and lasts a lifetime. Whereas, the joy of sin is not only temporary but its wage is long lasting if not permanent death.

How Are The Defiled Obtaining Leadership Appointments? Read This

I just received information about a Pastor/Apostle/Bishop (whatever the going church leadership title is today) who is facing charges alleging 20 plus years of sexual abuse perpetrated upon multiple young men at his ministry. It seems that both this alleged Apostle and his alleged assistant pastor have been arrested and are in jail facing multiple allegations from multiple people. In other words the entire leadership team has conspired to do evil and left the flock of God unattended. This is an absolutely tragic and horrible moment.

My only concern is for those who have been victimized which includes the survivors of abuse, the pastor's and associate's family and all the members of the church, not to mention the community in which the church resides. I pray for all of them and more, for the entire body of Christ. 

But outside of that, I am wondering...Who is appointing these charlatans and how are they continuing to get into some of the most venerated positions within the church? I mean, "Apostle", "Bishop", "Master-Arch Prophet" etc??? 

If that is what you are questioning as well, all I can say is, Well, I am GLAD you asked the question...

In my long awaited, highly anticipated, new book, Ministering Effectively, I address that issue. And I go in deep.

I am personally aware of some bishops, charged with the appointment of new bishops, who have charged as much as $20,000 for their services of appointment. No prayer necessary, just fork over the cash. Some don’t care what the lifestyle or history of the appointee is. Some pedophiles, rapists, and molesters can simply go through the system in many churches as long as the money is there to cover their sins and ungodly associations."  [Pastor Harvey Burnett, Ministering Effectively, Trilogy Christian Publishers, 2026 pg. 143]

Yes, the LOVE OF MONEY has done its job on the church...Combined with the lack of spiritual and moral integrity, and folk just not being saved, some in leadership have damaged everything sacred. Yes, some, too many even if it is just ONE, are paying for their position, place and recognition within the church, and are not being properly vetted, if at all by them laying hands on on them, because they, too many times, are full of evil as well. 

Unfortunately, we don't have too many like Peter's who will tell the terrible magician and pulpit sorcerer that their money is not good and that they are children of the devil...In fact it is the appointing leaders, in many cases, seeking to "CHECK INTO CASH"...This is horrible, does not protect anyone in the church or community and must be challenged. The Bishops, Bishop's Conferences, Forum of Apostles, and whatever organizations that are ratifying, certifying, and letting this abusive dogs run rampant, need to be held accountable for who they are certifying. 

I wonder if there was a rule that held these "conferences" accountable for the acts and debauchery of their appointees, and those upon whom these titles have been conferred, for a certain number of years, both legally and financially, would the appointments reduce?  

There is a terrible "swamp-thing" called "ABUSE" and "CLERGY SINS" that continues to proliferate among many alleged "leaders" and it is all perpetuated by greed, not by God. That thing continues to grow and damage communities at all levels.

Did God "Shoot The Semen of His Word Into Your Spirit"? According To Jakes, He Did!

WELCOME TO THE POST THAT WENT VIRAL...AT LEAST IN MY FACEBOOK THREAD

I must say, that although things change we actually see how much they remain the same. 

This post sent my Facebook thread into the stratosphere. I was totally surprised as for years, over the years, I have mentioned Bishop Jakes to one degree or another on this blog and in my facebook thread. 

Little did I realize that what the Bishop said, in a message some time ago, before his apparent stroke or health crisis and prior to his exposure of his association with currently incarcerated P Diddy or Sean Combs. In fact, I have avoided and resisted piling on to the Bishop in those things, and have not sought information regarding any of that or the salacious details regarding the issue...

One lazy, Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 15th, 2026 at approximately 3:30PM...yep, us old folk need a nap sometime during the middle of the day...I had the TD Jakes Network on and was fading in and out of sleep...Then, in a particular message, I heard him say, with my own ears...that God "shot the semen of his word into our spirit so that we could grow".....

NOW...first, I thought I had slipped into an alternate reality or a portal...I said, I just know what I heard wasn't real, he didn't say that" But immediately, I realized that a most carnal analogy had been delivered regarding God and his relationship to mankind. This is what I have termed JEZEBELIANISM. In my new message entitled "The REAL Spirit of Jezebel" I point out that aim of Jezebel was not the sexualization of society, but the reversion of society away from truth and into rank idolatry. To see the responses of support for carnal statement that seek to mix the holy with the profane, I can certainly conclude that JEZEBELIANISM is alive and well and flowing from pulpits across America. 

You see, there is no such thing as "Love making worship" to God, or a "spiritual orgasm" or that God is "shooting semen" or "busting a spiritual nut" or otherwise. These things are IDIOTIC and unspiritual, ungodly, and profane renderings of God's relationship to his people. One can attempt to relate the word "seed" with "sperm" or "semen" all one wants from Greek commentary or otherwise, but you, your doctrine and belief are total TRASH and worthy of HELL, not to mention Biblically illiterate.

Yes, this message may have been some years ago, but the implications are the same...the video of him preaching this TRASH is REAL and meaningful. So meaningful that his editors didn't feel that the message needed to be edited, even after the illusive baby oil/Diddy speculations...folk are "proud" of the TRASH they dumped upon society and the spiritual community, so it stands on it's own. 

Personal Accountability

I am convinced, the problem is not falling...the problem is wallowing in the fall and failure and refusing to repent and get back up and trust God.

This man, T.D. Jakes, having also done many good things, has also led a generation into the acceptance of false doctrine and false analogy. I DON'T condemn him, but I certainly pray that he decries not only this sort of statement, but others over the years in which he has projected false, sinful and heretical ideals and values upon God's word and to the people. 

Hate me if you wish. However, you'll be hating the victim for being victimized by hearing utter false garbage such as was preached...but it seems today, that's what too many of us do, we yet like to shame the victim.

Dealing With The Pulpit Magician & Sorcerer

MODERN PULPIT MAGICIANS & SORCERERS MUST BE DEALT WITH.

In Acts 8, we meet a man named Simon Magus (aka: Magician) who, by spiritual seduction and magic, sought to seduce the inhabitants of Samaria into following him. He witnessed the power of God through Peter and John as they laid their hands on believers who received the Holy Ghost. He thought it was another trick which could be purchased. Seeing that his salvation was not authentic, Peter rebuked Simon and sounded the alarm that he was not aligned with gospel truth.

In Acts 13:8 we are introduced to a man named Elymas aka: "sorcerer" who was stricken with blindness because he sought to use his spiritual influence and deception to continue his control of the leadership of Cyprus, specifically Sergius Paulus. Elymas was stricken because he opposed the righteous ministry of Paul and Barnabas and rejected the power of God through them and their message.

These magicians, sorcerers and seducers had only one goal in mind. Self exaltation. They, like the devil that possessed them, wanted worship and wanted to lead the children of God or be known as a sage.

Church leaders dealt with them by spiritual rebuke and further through disassociation to make it clear that these practices, directly imported from the apostasy of Egypt and Canaan, would not be tolerated in the Kingdom of Christ.

We should still have that message today.

Craig has allegedly been implicated in some very serious activity. I will not gossip on this blog or otherwise, but I will deliver credible and supportable information as it becomes available. 

Thank God For A Temporary Bad Check

Prior to us having G Craig Lewis at our church for what we "thought" was going to be a spiritually enlightening and encouraging event, I was warned personally and directly by a reader of this blog about the personality of G Craig Lewis. I wish to say to that young man, who still is a great friend and brother today, many years later...THANK YOU for the warning, and YOU DIDN'T LIE!

I found out that G Craig was the biggest "diva" I have ever encountered in gospel ministry. From his demand for an SUV for transportation to his demand for FIJI Water (all a certain size bottle) in 40 years of ministry I haven't encountered such an abrasive personality within gospel. I am sure there are more, but this guy takes the cake...As I have written before, issues were revealed when the second part of his honorarium check bounced. He was the most ungodly personality in correcting the error. He wanted the world to know I was trash, garbage, unworthy of being a pastor. He was just N A S T Y!

Yes, I am guilty...I wrote a "transfer check" (a check from an account I needed to transfer money into) and did not promptly or timely enough make the transfer. That was my mistake. Believe me, you-know, I was called immediately, which I certainly understand.

This is not an excuse, but let me give further context...the scenario is this...this man did not connect with 1 member of our church. Most questioned whether he was a minister of the gospel or not because he hardly, if ever, spoke kindly, and had nothing encouraging to say. Before he left, we had a banquet styled breakfast laid out in which we had paid over thousands of dollars to feed guests and attendees of our program. G Craig ordered and ate an expensive breakfast (2 people over $60), charging it to his pre-paid room (paid for by us), refused to come to the breakfast event, choosing to eat with his associate in isolation next door to our event. All this is after having sold countless CD's during the meeting in which there was not $1 of revenue shared or asked for. This is not to mention his demand for donuts and caffeine prior to speaking so he could be on some kind of preaching "high", to help him get the message across. 

ANYWAY...Thank GOD that was all some years behind us...

It seems that since then, G Craig has gone on to Pastor what he calls Adamant Believers Council Church (ABC) and has run into countless issues dealing with sexual impropriety, personal integrity and other issues. 

The following video is Part 1 and 2 of what I call the EXposure of G Craig Lewis. If I didn't know or have had the experience, and if I didn't know him, I would not believe it, because he can act well. Without knowing what he actually teaches as an alleged pastor, I would say, "no, this can't be". However, I can confidently say that G Craig is every bit the complete "Diva" and in my opinion, and "manipulator", that these videos and other evidence present him to be. 

He is the classic "Son of Sceva". Apparently one who has attempted to cast out devils, but who has not been connected to the true and real El-Elyon (God Most High). The devil has asked, "who are you" and allowed him to use the same resources that good people have provided, to perpetuate his sins, lusts and evil ambitions. You may think me to be wrong. That is OK. However, if I am wrong, everyone can't be...especially those of us seeking truth...satan can't deceive us that humble ourselves and call on HIM for our lives. 

Be prepared to be shocked and I hope this minister is prepared to repent, but it seems that as long as he is supported and people come from around the country as if he is some idol, he will not quit his manipulation and will attempt to twist the bible to suit his desire to be worshiped.

The Days Of Noah. Ham, Canaan, & Nimrod

Hello and BLESSINGS to all the readers and friends of the Dunamis Word blog. Yes, it has been a little while since I have last posted and believe me, you know, all kinds of things are going on both in and out of the church. From the Supreme Court, to the predator in the pulpit, society is in a sin sick, full bloom and if I posted on everything, I would never leave my computer, nor have time to do the many positive and good things I continue to do, which include trying to be the best Pastor that I can be to my church.

However, with all that is said and done, GOD is STILL A GOOD GOD!!! Yes, he is still on the throne and in control of this world and rules over everything and everyone, even them that don't want HIS rule. I am glad to celebrate America's 250th Birthday and Thank God for my place in it all!

I decided to post a recent article that I did on our In Defense Of The Faith Facebook Forum. Recently, God woke me dealing with me about this information and I have been busy studying pulling various tidbits of spiritual food from what he has been giving me.

In the following examination, I look at Noah, Ham, Canaan and Nimrod and the implication of Nimrod's hatred towards God and his desire to exalt himself above God. He thought he had it all figured out. It is clear, Nimrod thought that he was going to lead a new world in rebellion and, if we look at it, he was well on his way to doing so.

As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the 

coming of the Son of Man.

The following is what I stated on Facebook:

Let me do some statements of Bible facts because we are not as literate in chronology as we "could" be when it comes to this, and I have recited this wrongly before, which is something I hope not to do here...because it matters...

Let's PROCEED:

According to the Table of Nations, Noah's son Ham had 4 sons...Cush, Phut, Mizraim and Canaan. (Gen. 10:6) Mizraim's name by interpretation is Egypt.

Remember, Ham was Canaan's Father, and Mizraim was Canaan's Brother. Yes, both Canaan and Mizraim were the descendents of Ham (eg: Ham's sons) However it was only Canaan who was cursed by Noah.

Nimrod was Cush's son. Canaan was Nimrod's Nephew.

Nimrod was what the Bible called the first city builder, a "mighty one before the Lord" (Gen. 10:9 ~ Heb: "Gibbor" or Tyrant). These appellations played off of titles used for the Nephilim prior to the flood (Genesis 6:5). This is not a celebratory link. This was a definition of evil. Nimrod was a "mighty hunter before the Lord", (Gen. 10.9). It is further known that Nimrod, whose very name means "rebellion", was ruthless, hated God, and hunted men, similar to the Nephilim that preceded him in death...

Nimrod was a killer, one that seemed to hate his history, only being 2 generations away from the great flood that reshaped the planet...He was a murderer and the first to lead whole nations/city states that he established in hate against God. (ref. Josephus & Talmudic Writings)

It was Nimrod who was the founder of Sumeria, (EXTRA NOT IN ORIGINAL POST: the progenitor of all the "ancient astronaut" myths based on texts incorrectly translated and perpetuated by a non-scholar). Nimrod's influence was the foundation of what would be known as Babylon, Assyria, Nineveh and Mesopotamian city States. Nimrod was the initiator of the rebellion against God to begin the Tower of Babel a Ziggurat to reach God and fight him and the angelic host, as he was the King of Babel (v.10) His false religion infected the religions of his Uncle's descendents the Cushites, and Mizraimites or Egyptians and other burgeoning cultures.

Another Twist

LEGEND has it that Cain, yes Adam's Son, who slew Able, survived the flood and taught Nimrod hatred and rebellion against God. Legendary hypothesis also has it that Gilgamesh, a successor of Nimrod, may have been Cain as well. The fact is that Cain's death is unreported within the Biblical text.

While I don't believe Cain was either Nimrod or GIlgamesh, it is clear that the rebellious and murderous spirit in which Cain moved, was prevalent in Genesis 6, survived the flood, and rose again afterwards through Nimrod to once again infect mankind.

The Great flood, in our archaeological record, is thought to be a result of the Younger Dryas a late Ice Age flood, which wiped out the people who rebelled, and destroyed the Nephilim, but did not rid the Earth of their influence and desire to do evil, because evil is bound in the heart of men and mankind. So when we speak of Egypt, we should remember, that the Cushites and the Mizraimites, appear to be closer, or more at unity than Nimrod and his descendents, but it was the false religion of Nimrod that seemed to have gained strength and facilitated the idolatry that arose in Sumer, Assyria, Egypt and Mesopotamia in general...(In other words, Egyptian folklore and religious practice was a distinct extract from the religious systems introduced by Nimrod, rather than a system that flowed from Egypt to other nations and states.) Canaan Though Cursed, Had A Chance:

In order to understand the eventual cure of Canaan, we cannot do so without examining the mercy and relationship that God had with the Canaanites until they wholly turned against him and aborted any hope of repentance.

God's wrath against Canaan did not come without giving Canaan ample time to repent of her sins. During the 400 years of suffering that Israel endured in Egypt, Canaan had that time to repent, but refused. Canaan's issue was not an issue of lineage or ethnicity. Canaan's issue was an issue of sin, stubborness and rebellion. The ministry and scope of ministry of Melchizedek is one reason we know this to be true. 

Melchizedek:

There are 4 trains of thought as to the identity and scope of the works of Melchizedek.

* The first was that he was of Canaanite lineage and heritage, specifically of the Jebusite
lineage. He lived in Jebus, then called "Salem" or "peace", was called the "King of Salem", (Ge. 14:18), did Priestly work, and must have been a man of high repute in his day.

* The second train of thought is contained within Rabbinic traditions of the Jewish Talmud and Midrash, both of which affirm that Melchizedek was actually Shem, the brother of Ham and Japheth.

* The third train of thought is from the Dead Sea Scrolls. Specifically 11Q13 - The Melchizedek Document. This document declares that Melchizedek was a heavenly or angelic figure of righteousness who was a preconfiguration of what would become known as the Messiah and who would fulfill the Messianic promise.

* The fourth train of thought comes directly from the writings of the New Testament (NT) which actually provides a metaphorical relationship between Melchizedek and Jesus. The writer of the NT book of Hebrews builds off of the prophetic utterance found within Psalms 110:4 declaring Jesus to be a Priest "forever after the order of Melchizedek" (Heb. 5)

Terah, Abraham's Father, tried to get to Canaan...It is suspected that he was attempting to see Melchizedek during his life, but never completed the trip and died in Haran. (Gen. 11:32)

Later, when Abraham met Melchizedek, it was therefore easy for him to bow down and honor him with tithe and receive his blessing (Gen. 14:20), possibly because:

1- Melchizedek was the man his father wanted to see,

2- Melchizedek was of excellent character and evidently was so full of righteousness that the whole region honored him, and

3- He (Abram) understood God and knew this was a God encounter with a righteous man (possibly a descendent of Noah (Noah's son Shem) and one who would be a precursor of the "King of the Jews" who would be crucified for our sins aka: JESUS!

Although we do not know the lifespan of Melchizedek, as the NT says his Priesthood would be "forever" through Jesus, the ministry of Melchizedek in Canaan was the foundation for the 400 years that God gave Canaan to repent, (Gen. 15) however, as stated previously, they and the other nations of Canaan rejected God and truth. BACK TO HAM

Why is understanding this important?

Because Ham's lineage was cursed for his acts, (not merely seeing his father naked) but his actions or even possibly for the actions of his son Canaan, and either way bringing shame upon his father Noah.

Talmudic legend says that Ham's issue was trying to diminish the character of his father with mockery and public disclosure (Gen. 9:22) and raping or at the very least, seducing, Noah's wife, his own mother. It was because of these acts, and the utter mockery that was placed upon Noah, a man that God had used to save humanity, Ham's seed, Canaan, was cursed.

Genesis records that Noah, after wakening, knew what his younger son, Ham, specifically his "younger son", had "done unto him". (Gen. 9:24). Two things, first no one knows, as the scripture does not share what, aside from telling his brothers and attempting to make a mockery of him, what Ham actually "did" to Moses. Secondly, based on inferences from the text itself, scholars do not agree that Ham was the "younger son" as in "youngest son" of Ham. If anything, it seems that Ham is the middle child of Noah. This led Origen (185 -234 AD) to conclude that it was Canaan who first saw his Grandfather's nakedness, told his father Ham, and Ham responded with ridicule and disrespect towards his father.

Some scholars assert that the pronouncement of the curse upon Canaan was not an immediate pronouncement by Noah, but one that occurred towards the end of Noah's life in which, according to ANE (Ancient Near Eastern) practices, fathers pronounced blessings upon their children as we see throughout scripture.

There are many inferences that can be drawn from these relationships and stories. As a society, we have not left the foundation of sin in the world even through modern conveniences and scientific discovery. None of these conveniences, inventions or discoveries, have solved mankind's heart condition of rebellion, lust, murder, war and desire to kill and even overtake God.

This is the "mystery Babylon" (Rev. 17:5) that the NT describes that persists to exist even to the end of the world and will ultimately be judged and finally cast down. This is also why Jesus asserts when he returns times and conditions will be similar to the times and conditions of Noah. (Mt. 24:34-39)

The question is, will we hold on to our faith, as the Bible affirms that only them who are able to endure to the end will be saved. (Mt. 10:22)

Preservation From Stress

In a recent pre-Sunday service inspiration, I was led to address the effects of stress believers and o

n people in general and the weapons that God has delivered to us as believers to address and undermine the stressors in our lives. 

The FACTS: 

According to the NIH (National Institute of Health) 120,000 deaths annually in the U.S. are attributable to stress in some form.

STRESS is a contributor to the top six leading causes of death, including heart disease and suicide, chronic stress significantly increases mortality risks, particularly for men.

CHURCH DOORS OPEN TO STRESS

To say that stress is not a prohibitor to the health and spiritual wellbeing of the church is a certain underestimation. Stress leads to severe emotional mismanagement and potentially self inflicted harm through physical abuse, substance abuse, depression and other ills not to mention death. 

No, this post is not a sensational tell all. However, I hope that it is an encouragement to those seemingly overwhelmed but continue to labor in the vineyard.

Brian Carn, Taxes & The IRS Don't Mix

Update: YOU ALREADY KNOW...9 MONTHS...What else does anyone need to say? 

BREAKING: Televangelist Brian Carn has pled GUILTY in Federal Court to charges of Tax Fraud and Evasion. 

1/15/2026 From the DOJ Office of Public Affairs:

"A few months later, when the IRS attempted to collect his unpaid taxes — including by placing liens on his properties and attempting to levy his bank accounts — Carn amended his 2015 tax return and falsely removed nearly $1.3 million in income that he previously reported. To accomplish this, Carn hired a new accountant and provided him with a fictitious, backdated employment agreement that provided for an annual salary of $120,000 and an annual parsonage allowance of $24,000. Carn represented to his accountant that this was all the income he earned for the year. Carn represented third parties on credit applications, financial account openings, and lease applications, and otherwise knew that the income he actually earned far exceeded the purported salary in the employment agreement provided to the new accountant..

In the following years, operating under the premise of the fictitious employment agreement, Carn filed a series of other tax returns that drastically underreported his true income. But in 2020, he stopped filing tax returns, despite continuing to earn income by using ministry funds to pay for personal expenses."

Believe me...I have been in JAIL before (certainly not for anything close to this)....but Yep, I have been in for my own ignorance and violation of the law. Nobody at the Dunamis WORD is happy that anyone suffers and loses their freedom. Take it from me, those metal benches and seats and commissary allowances are not worth trading freedom, needless to say, dollar pancake dinners and unsweetened tea...That is for the birds and I wish that noone has to go through that for any length of time. 

HOWEVER...there comes a time when we must examine what is actually going on and  THANK GOD for bringing abuse to an end and appreciate God for doing as HE wishes to do. 

Brian Carn The Demise Of An Abuser

This is a huge occurrence. Brian Carn has a huge following. Unfortunately, he is certainly a false prophet, and one that has allegedly used women sexually and has at least 1 child, ALLEGEDLY, that he has abandoned...BUT...is yet a human being that has delivered some good things to people over the years (among his many abuses and as abusers often do)

This is not about dragging Brian Carn, (our newest COGIC Pastor) but it is about THANKING GOD that he is correcting the House of God. Yet, there are folk that will still send him support by the droves. Probably all the fees associated with his pending imprisonment, will be paid by his most ardent supporters. They are the blind. Those who have been led astray. Those who have lent their resources to supporting abuse, ungodliness, immoral lifestyles, malfeasance and misfeasance and moral turpitude. 

No matter what, God is in control, but let this be a warning to the rest of us to GET OUR HOUSES IN ORDER. In fact, not just that...STOP PLAYING WITH GOD! 

Yep. I REPENTED. Fell on my face for my inadequacy and my thoughts that I could just "get by". I took my time (my days...not months and or years, THANK GOD!) to take a whole life, family and ministry view...to look at ME and what I had done to contribute to my trouble and most of all commit to never be found there again. 

It WORKED! Repentance always does.

Compassion Must Meet & Agree WIth TRUTH

Even though we are a compassionate people...for all men and especially for those of us who are real in the faith, we must thank God for correction and bringing abuse, usury and unrighteousness to an end. We all saw this coming, with the illicit portrayals on the internet and alleged "prophecies" following a witch's lead. This man ministered a long time on "fumes" of righteousness, getting by to seduce the most gullible. 

But yet, noone wants to see anyone fall for real. But our desire to want to support someone in trouble must meet the truth of God's word, for in his judgement, which in part this is, someone else has been delivered and set free. Someone, who was abused by him and his unchecked actions, have been brought to a place of relief. 

My prayers are for THEM...God has Carn right where he needs to be, as a beginning of the correction, but those followers, alleged abandoned kids and those associated with him who will suffer loss, need our prayers...and yes, some of them need to repent too, because they were going to ride this false horse for all that it was worth...WELL, Like David Taylor...IT'S OVER NOW!

This is what I recently stated about this revelation:

LET ALL ABUSERS BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE:

Don't try to soften it up. Carn knew what he did and continued in it. Carn doesn't represent "the Body of Christ". He represents himself, not all believers. Stop having sentiments for unrepentant criminals. He claims he doesn't need to repent for anything and has taken his self exaltation to the highest heights.

Prison ministry it is and count all else as loss to potentially save his soul. That is a good thing IF he repents. Scripture distinguishes faults from sins. Self exaltation is a sin, not in the category of a fault. Keep faults at a place to relate...but the WORD said SHOW MY PEOPLE THEIR SINS! (Is 58:1)

Yep, we all feel for Carn, but he victimized millions he is the abuser and now the abuser faces justice and that is a good thing!
