DECEIVED: COGIC and the Shane Perry Implosion

As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. ~ Gal 1:9 (KJV)

When a church cannot discern the message of Christ from the message of "motivation", it should be concerned.

So it is with the message of alleged pastor and retiree Shane Perry within the Grand Ole church. Dr. Perry, as he is known, took the time to not only announce his retirement, but to say that he hasn't believed in the bible for a number of years and hasn't preached JESUS for over 10 years.

Perry's claim is that the bible is flawed, full of contradictions and Jesus is like any other person of antiquity, and some of the bible is good just like other religious books are good in some places.

Is this the gospel? Then, what's more, how did he infiltrate the church?...I am sure, more than a few pastors are calling him right now, saying, "Man, we praying for you DOC"..."Doc"...what kind of DOCTOR destroys the object of faith and uses the church, because we are so hungry for such attention, to enter in and help influence people one way or another?

Watch the video and hear this backslidden minister for himself:

We should deal with our desire to be "entertained" as well. Many folk made Perry their favorite preacher because he is a White man, sounding and delivering a message like he was a Black preacher. A person reported to me that everyone in a certain Jurisdiction would stand around saying, "Preach White Boy!" as if they were enthused by his skin color and ability to act.

Who is PROTECTING THE SHEEP?

The WOLVES are devouring the sheep and the shepherds are asleep...lulled into a stupor by this pied piper. We have allowed a person who doesn't even venerate the object of our faith, according to that persons own words, and welcomed him and his "knock-off" and K-Mart blue light special discount message to infiltrate the church...This man has preached a NON CHRIST centered gospel by his own words and we have eaten it up. Further, we can't wrap our minds around the fact that this man was NEVER saved, but just a pretender getting what he could get while the getting was good...Now we have folk confused. some even defending him and his actions yet calling him, the "anointed" of God that should not be touched...

I am almost willing to guarantee that someone, some pastor or Bishop, even after hearing his complete story and rejection of Christ, will open their pulpit and Jurisdiction to him in the name of "love" and "mercy"...in part, because they are also in the same vein of Perry, unbelievers in the pulpit!

Conclusion

This is my last post on this man unless he repents and finds Jesus, because he is not my idol and just another sinner that needs to be saved, but this is sad for the church, many congregations and believers holding on, and many leaders.

SAD...DECEIVED...OFFENDED...SET ON OUR EAR...

Next, we will also deal with our continued falling away, displayed by our new reception of the Greek system of Sororities, Fraternities and secret societies in our youth meetings and AIM Convention. Once we (COGIC) were a stalwart against such evil and could distinguish a gospel message from a motivational message of this new generation speaker, but we have lost all discernment. Preachers and magicians such as this, are no longer afraid of COGIC pulpits and we have no discernment. LORD HELP US TURN!

1-Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; 2-I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: 3-And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. 4-Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. 5-Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. 6-But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7-He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
Rev. 2:1-7 (KJV)

The Mask Mandate. Shall It Return?

1 Timothy 6:10 ~ For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

One thing is certainly true...people will LIE for little of anything, but when there's money involved, if  they do not have a regenerated heart and spirit, they will say anything.

Anthony Fauci, the father of American MISINFORMATION regarding the covid vaccine and measures to prevent covid, once TRUTHFULLY stated that masks do NOTHING against the type of disease that covid is. He once railed at those who mask as being stupid, out of touch and sensationalists.

Well, the highest paid public servant in Washington, DC. not only changed his complete story regarding that, but encouraged people to get a vaccine that neither stops the disease, nor slows the disease, nor does it keep folk from transferring the disease...In fact a huge amount of evidence has been compiled that the vaccine ultimately does more harm than good, especially in younger age groups and categories. But like the liars they are, he and they changed their spots, along with other of the medical establishment to say that the vaccines were never about prevention, they were always about mitigating the symptoms of covid, so when its caught people will fare better and won't be sick as long.

Most of that was and still remains to be a LIE. We heard them with Old Man Joe in tow saying that if you failed to get a vaccine produced by at least 2 aborted fetal cell lines, that your were going to die the horrible death of covid, and be a risk to other...get this...vaccinated folk...LIARS, LIARS and MORE LIARS!

They used covid mitigations to extend a more ominous plan. A plan of control, directed by the World Economic Forum WEF and the World Health Organization WHO, who both see this as an opportunity to gain global control over everyone on this planet as it pertains to health and covid. A plan to see just how many freedoms and liberties that we the people would give up.

Did you see the Senate hearing this week...All the liberals singing the song that they decry censorship, (MORE LIES)... Many of the same ones blocked, cast out and colluded with media, companies such as Google and Twitter and Facebook, to silence dissent and CENSOR opposing views when it came to covid. They blocked licensed medical professionals certifications and hunted down every dissenting voice, even people that wrote the books that they were reading on infectious disease. They were horrible and remain to be so, and this is my opinion, THE SCUM OF THE EARTH! Them and all their hypocritical minions (Don't sound like a preacher to you? Well obviously you haven't read the bible and heard what Jesus said about many, vipers, devils, hypocrites, sons of hell, etc...Well these folk are all that and then some!)

Since the election is coming one again, and they figured they can scam the public yet again, here comes another round of "covid"...and now, masks are coming back again. Though the government is stopping short of demanding the masks, they are now telling businesses to recommend them yet again and some of the dummies, afraid of lawsuits, are eager to fall in line and into the governments "good graces" but they are somewhat confused, because they see a looming regime change that may change all their little communist and socialistic plans...Who knows...

But RECENT and CURRENT studies on this issue (the issue of masking) has come out, and the same LIARS are doing their best to play down the studies and rewrite the findings...only those finding are in plain sight and they are these liars are kinda stuck...

According to current research, masks have been found to be ineffective as it pertains to spreading of covid and found to cause more harm than good for those of us in the general public. These are the words of a gentleman on the subject and on the more recent studies:

"The Harm Caused by Masks
A new study suggests that the excess carbon dioxide breathed in by mask-wearers can have major health consequences.
"While eight times the normal level of carbon dioxide is toxic, research suggests that mask-wearers (specifically those who wear masks for more than 5 minutes at a time) are breathing in 35 to 80 times normal levels.

Mask-wearers breathe in greater amounts of air that should have been expelled from their bodies and released out into the open. “[A] significant rise in carbon dioxide occurring while wearing a mask is scientifically proven in many studies,” write the German authors. “Fresh air has around 0.04% CO2,” they observe, while chronic exposure at CO2 levels of 0.3 percent is “toxic.” How much CO2 do mask-wearers breathe in? The authors write that “masks bear a possible chronic exposure to low level carbon dioxide of 1.41–3.2% CO2 of the inhaled air in reliable human experiments.

What can breathing too much carbon dioxide do to you? The authors write that “at levels between 0.05% and 0.5% CO2,” one might experience an “increased heart rate, increased blood pressure and overall increased circulation with the symptoms of headache, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, rhinitis, and dry cough.” Rates above 0.5 percent can lead to “reduced cognitive performance, impaired decision-making and reduced speed of cognitive solutions.” Beyond 1 percent, “the harmful effects include respiratory acidosis, metabolic stress, increased blood flow and decreased exercise tolerance.” Again, mask-wearers are likely breathing in CO2 levels between 1.4 percent and 3.2 percent—well above any of these thresholds. What’s more, “Testes metabolism and cell respiration have been shown to be inhibited increasingly by rising levels of CO2.
So, high blood pressure, reduced thinking ability, respiratory problems, and reproductive concerns are among the many possible results of effectively poisoning oneself by breathing in too much carbon dioxide.

The authors write that “it is clear that carbon dioxide rebreathing, especially when using N95 masks, is above the 0.8% CO2 limit set by the US Navy to reduce the risk of stillbirths and birth defects on submarines with female personnel who may be pregnant.” In other words, mandates have forced pregnant women to wear masks resulting in levels of CO2 inhalation that would be prohibited if they were serving on a Navy submarine.

Indeed, according to the authors, there exists “circumstantial evidence that popular mask use may be related to current observations of a significant rise of 28% to 33% in stillbirths worldwide and a reduced verbal, motor, and overall cognitive performance of two full standard deviations in scores in children born during the pandemic.”

They cite recent data from Australia, which “shows that lockdown restrictions and other measures (including masks that have been mandatory in Australia), in the absence of high rates of COVID-19 disease, were associated with a significant increase in stillborn births.” Meantime, “no increased risk of stillbirths was observed in Sweden,” which famously defied the public-health cabal and went its own way in setting Covid policies."

Now, I don't know...You atheists have a lot of explaining to do with all the SCIENCE that has been set forth and the empirical evidence and polar opposite conclusions based on that empiricism. It seems that it DOES take FAITH to even be a materialist...Climate change is another allegedly empiricallly based scientific undertaking to which there is conflict...The list is growing and atheists are showing their faith belief now, more than ever before.

Believe me, I'll comply with requests, but I know the real deal and the real deal, the FACTS do not support masking up.

Blessed!

Religion. Black Americans. The Church. Is God Just Or Unjust?

The Black community has traditionally been very close to propositions of faith. In particular, the Black Christian church within the United States has been the place that has shaped values, held the community together and been the place from which much community change growth and development has occurred over the years.

To be clear, the abolition of slavery, the creation and promotion of civil rights agenda and many other things that we now enjoy, were direct products and results of religious and bible based concepts with secular ideology in tow. I contend that the proliferation of freedom all around the world would not exist unless it was for religious influence and in particularly that of the Christian religion and religious influence. I further contend that for someone to doubt the benefit of the church within modern society is someone who hasn't taken the time to study, but bury their head in the sand and someone who doesn't know or simply hasn't been taught how to reconcile history...HOWEVER...and that's a huge HOWEVER...the modern CHURCH has done itself no favors with her desire to be relevant, pseudo-spirituality, lust and desire for sin, search for physical and material wealth, and morally debase practices which allows, and in many cases, supports PERVERTS, sexual immorality, and moral & spiritual impurity, in congregations and pulpits all across the nation...

I mean, did you see the HORROR Church movie "Honk For Jesus"??? YES, it was a HORROR FILM, similar to "Friday The 13th" and "Halloween" or better yet "Psycho". From beginning to end this movie it was a complete horror flick, displaying the horrors of big church "showtime" (in many cases and places) and a look at what people will do and allow and promote within the church. Although this movie may have been about and mixed scandalous acts of the late Bishop Eddie Long & his predecessor (spiritual father) the late Bishop Earl(you ARE the father)Paulk. The movie's culprit was not only a sick, debase and narcissistic out of control pastor, but also a complete corrupt accountability and support system, beginning with what appeared to be, at first glance, an innocent/supportive wife, who, along with others, wanted relevance, acknowledgement and material position in this world greater than they wanted God, truth, right and moral and spiritual purity. I could give you a complete synopsis of the movie in the comments, as I was enamored with it, but I digress...

So while the church has her faults, flaws and sins, she is still yet the vehicle that God has used and will use to unite himself to this world. the fact is that no matter how bad it gets or is, the very "gates of hell shall not prevail" against her. (Mt. 16:18)

Sad Result Of The Church's Apostasy

The apostasy of the church, in my opinion, has caused a greater secularization of the Black community. Not only are former servants of the church running from her vowing to never come back, usually because of some church practice based on governmental or hierarchical structure, as opposed to doctrine and or biblical teaching, what cannot be overlooked is that common people who were raised in church and that have benefited from Church and Christian morality in particularly in their own lives, have, in many cases, also hit the door with a promise to not come back to the church. This has also, in many cases, fueled with disdain against church practices and actions and caused many, who's ancestors prayed for their deliverance and freedom to leave and move away from the very institution through which deliverance and freedom was prayed for.

Recently, in a Twitter forum sponsored by an organization named NewsToter, a topic was raised "Has Religion Helped Or Hurt Black Americans?" One question that I was looking to address was the matter of tithes and what has the Black community has received in return...however, I could not and was not able to get to that issue, but short answer, in too many places...WE BEEN ROBBED!!!

My message was that religion, in particular the Christian religion has certainly helped, but that there is a distinguishable difference between the practice of religion and that of spirituality or service to God...
I mean in my opinion, the very question is like a healthy, fed child standing on his mothers lap, with a full stomach questioning, "Is it good that my parents feed me?"...The very question overlooks the fact that you have what you have and are full solely because your parents and their efforts to feed you because you couldn't feed yourself. In this case it is the mother, that has fed you, otherwise you'd still be hungry or hospitalized for malnutrition or even dead leaving your ability to take care of yourself up to you.
With that said, as I was commenting, my phone went out and would not allow me back into the forum, but I was able to hear the recording the next day. After my abrupt mid comment departure, most were very nice, including the host himself, but a gentlemen raised a comment saying that I was a liar and that the God of the bible was responsible for over 266 wars and or conflicts and for some over 2M deaths and suggested that was his reason to reject religion and Christianity. Another also didn't know what the word "novel" meant as it pertained to historical events...It is that commentary, which has been common among many atheists, that I would like to deal with in the balance of this post.

The God Of The Bible...
Is He Unjust?
Has He Caused Over 2M Deaths Within The Bible?
Is Man Better To Men Than God?

Certainly the gentleman stating this erroneous information was not a biblical scholar, but he was also no less of a biblical critic than many of the modern atheists. At this point I will reprint my response to him, that was at least 15 parts on Twitter, with revisions and insertions to add additional information and clear up misinformation.
"...my brother stated after my phone went out last evening (not due to "judgement") that the God of the Bible was responsible for over 266 incidents of violence in which over 2M people were killed. For sure he is incorrect, but for sake of argument, I say he is on point and 100% accurate.

The young man is a good young man that believes in justice, right and equity, I am confident. Let's look at 3 things that displays the inadequacy of that (his) argument when we speak of the implications of religion (aka: Judaeo-Christian Biblical belief)

1- Israel's time in SLAVERY for over 400 years.
We BOTH agree that slavery is/was horrible and needed to be put down. In Ex. 3 God sends Moses to free Israel from slavery. Folk die as a result. (INSERTION: Even 1st born children die in the last plague. The critic says that God kills children. However, without exception EVERYONE'S 1st born could be saved during this plague. Only those who followed the instructions of applying blood to the doorpost and lentil, whether one worshiped and believed in the God of the Israelite's or not, would actually be saved.) Is/was God unrighteous by ending it (slavery) and setting people free?

2- God commanded that Israel enter land he had promised to Abraham & his descendants.
There were only 5 nations that God said should be utterly destroyed [INSERTION: Deut. 20:17, there are 6 nations depending upon how you count nations]. Leviticus 23 (and I meant Leviticus 18) indicates what the inhabitants of the land were doing. (INSERTION: Lev. 18:3 ~ After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances...indicates that that practices, outlined in the chapter, were some of the practices that both Egyptians and Canaanites. v.25 indicates that it was because of these practices, which included baby and child murder and indiscriminate human sacrifice v.21, that God was removing them from the land) Among other things they killed indiscriminately, sacrificed children and totally perverted justice. Raping, pillaging, and denigrating themselves in every possible human way...Molech, a baby murderer was their god. God said they, the Canaanites were spewed out of the land because they defiled it. Would it have been justice to allow those things to go (on)? In other words, is the (Biblical God) unrighteous to STOP injustice? If so, then how are YOU or can you possibly be just or justified? Ie: if God himself can't order and decree evil to be stopped, then under and by who's authority do you "demand" anyone to stop their unjust acts or actions? In other words, to reject the God of the bible and claim some moral superiority is an argument of special pleading and logically inconsistent.

3- Have you ever hear of Pol Pot? (INSERT: 1976-1979) During his lifetime he was responsible for the death of some reported 2M Cambodians by himself.
Nothing to do with God. That was a product of the HUMAN CONDITION...How about Joseph Stahlin? (INSERT: 1929-1953) 6M to 9M people killed (INSERT: By conservative estimates. Some report 20M to 60M plus people killed) No God. in fact anti-God atheist. HUMAN CONDITION. How about Hitler? (INSERT: 1933-1945) over 7M and hated religion especially the Abrahamic faith of Judaism. HUMAN CONDITION.
How about Mau (INSERT: Mau Zedong, 1958-1962) Heard of him? In 5 years they say he starved to death and killed over 20M of his own people. 5 years! (INSERT: 20M is a conservative estimate. Many say the proper amount was roughly 45M people killed in 5 years under this God hating, humanist and secular regime)

You said God ordered the death of 2M through 266 conflicts and that would be over at least 40 to 80 years.
(INSERT: According to the numbers, SECULARISM and perverted concepts of governance through various forms of Marxism, has been responsible for the deaths of over 35M to over 100M people not including those killed through war in under 100 slightly over years)
The EVIDENCE says that INJUSTICES were ended by God as opposed to simply allowing things (INSERT: evil and senseless killings) to go on forever.

RELIGION (INSERT: The Christian faith) teaches that EVIL has an end and that even while evil proliferates, they that trust in God have life here, now and in the future. We have confidence that no tear shed, no striped back, no rape, murder, or other injustice will be without meaning and ultimate reckoning, Our "sky" hears us. YOURS however is simply an ongoing gripe with justice determined by you and for you as it only effects YOU. RELIGION gives us the ability to face injustice and stand up to it, bc (because) we know who and what supports our efforts and we look forward to HIM bringing that reconciliation to us.
As I was attempting to state last night, race based slavery is fairly new (that's what NOVEL actually means) considering history. Slavery occurred historically in spite of race, not because of race. Race based slavery is a newer form of slavery. Blacks and Whites, Arabs and Chinese, every race (INSERT: and ethnicity) has participated in slavery, primarily of their OWN people. You guys want to hear someone blame the victim so bad, you can't see the forest looking at the trees.

Young man, I AIN'T the one to see the tree as bigger than the forest. I also AIN'T the one to look at our current condition with fictition or fantasy, that some white supremacy boogie man, whether real of fictitious, is responsible for all moral evil...that AIN'T the case.

The HUMAN CONDITION (INSERT: SINFUL NATURE OF MAN) is responsible for moral evil and the actual physical evil we experience and our ancestors experienced. That HUMAN CONDITION has tainted (not taunted) ALL of us and if we really want justice, we should render our individual selves first as EVERY ONE is guilty.
Thanks."

I'll conclude by saying that noone is insulated from the sometimes absolute garbage that happens within the church. However, it is disingenuous and historically incorrect as well as biblically unsupportable to conflate racial hatred and bigotry with the church as a biblical teaching or something ordained by God. Where there was slavery and or injustice, God, through time, eliminated and stopped its ugly grip. The church has been the progenitor of concepts that stop evil, such as the evil of slavery, abuse and misuse and mistreatment of the innocent and support for people to treat one another in a more humane fashion for generations all over the world.

Just as we are not insulated from the evil that has crept into the church, we are also not insulated from the TRUE and real presence of God that we find within the church as well. There is church related hurt, but there is church and god related victory as well. God has not been so bad to any of us that we leave HIM behind, because he has not ever left us behind. It may take something to hold on, but don't be worldly smart and spiritually blind and defenseless.

David, with all of his faults, ways and inconsistencies yet recorded this:

Ps. 34: 8 ~ O taste and see that the LORD is good:
blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

 Blessed!

St John's Church Pt. 1~ The Over The Top Rant

The aftermath of the George Floyd murder has displayed a many divisions, not only in America, but also in the American church.

Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde is the first elected female Episcopal Diocesan Bishop of Washington. Having previously served in Minnesota for 18 years, she is known for being outspoken  various political and social issues, especially as it pertains to gay rights, and claims to having presided over multiple homosexual union ceremonies and services, prior to the ratification of homosexual marriages in the State of Minnesota. In other words, she openly and unashamedly violated the law, claiming that she was under a mandate to do so according to her calling from God.

Selective Outrage

Although the hypocrisy of her church (The Episcopal Church) and personal belief has long been exposed as nothing less than a wholesale reinterpretation of the bible and biblical moral values, none of that causes the "glass house living bishop" to think twice about condemning President Trump's security personnel's authorization to clear a path through a section of alleged "peaceful protesters" outside the White House, towards the St. John's Episcopal Church.

While this has been out of the news now, about a month or so, in Part 2 of this article, I wanted to look back and also look at how this church has been commandeered to be an anarchist stronghold, called the Black House Autonomous Zone (BHAZ) similar to the failed CHOP Zone in Seattle Washington. This is really amazing, as things are moving so fast, and noone would have thought, that the very grounds that were used to make a political statement by these alleged "Black leaders" would be the same grounds defaced AGAIN by the alleged "protesters" without a word of condemnation from any of these actors. Remember, it started with disdain over moving a crowd for what was called a photo-op. For now let's continue with part 1 The Over The Top Rant.

The REV-RUND'S Response

As we reflect, in response to the event, not only did Bishop Budde deliver politically oriented missives on many news talk shows regarding how un-Christian Trump was and is in his actions, but she had the nerve to invoke biblical, Christian moral values in the discussion:
“After speaking so harshly and with militaristic overtones to the nation, he had the park of peaceful protesters cleared with tear gas and officers in riot gear to make a symbolic gesture, holding a Bible as if to spiritually condone a message and a posture that is antithetical to the teachings of Jesus and everything as a church we stand for,”
She said, "antithetical to the teachings of Jesus and everything as a church we stand for"
Now, might I refer you to what I wrote previously in this article? This Lady, not only is part of a gay affirming church that believes that homosexuality, lesbianism and more than likely, transgenderism, is compatible with holiness and biblical Christianity, and has illegally performed ceremonies and services to prove it, says that what Trump did, is "antithetical to the teachings of Jesus and everything as a church we stand for"???

Lets get to something more REAL in substance, because the bishop had to have inhaled or injected some substances prior to her TV debut on the subject....

We now know that President Trump didn't order anything outside of expressing his desire and determination to make it to St. John's Church. It seems that Attorney General Bill Barr along with others ordered that the pathway be cleared for the President and his delegation to move forward through and to the church. According to all available reports, these "peaceful" protesters were told 3 times clearly to move themselves out of the way so that government officials could come through. Some took heed and relocated themselves and some did not. What is clear is that these alleged "peaceful" protesters (at least the ones who refused to move) continued to refused to move out of the way and faced the consequences of their refusal to move. It has also been found that at least one agent disbursed tear gas upon the crowd that refused to move.

Now, there has been and still is much debate over whether this was a right or wrong move. The same individuals supporting people for exercising their freedoms, evidently do not think the President or officials have any freedoms or at least think their movements should be restricted. I mean look at it, why can't ANYONE, including the President travel without personal, physical threat to anywhere he or she wants to go? Especially considering that, if left up to the Mayor, the church, which was firebombed the night before, would have probably been burned down.

Senator Chuck Grassley said this:
"We expect leadership from our President and particularly in times like this. And I think that when there was destruction to a church or any other historical thing that America would put great confidence in that should not be destroyed, I think a president ought to bring attention to that terrorist activity, and go there and do ... what he did last night." ~ CNN Politics
This is certainly no defense for the President, but I believe the criticism and reduction of his desire to do a "photo op" is off base, the pastoral response certainly OVER THE TOP and response centered more in radical politics than in truth.

The Preachers Of DC

As stated, after this event, an apparent hoard of Democratic, left leaning, politically motivated clergy, took to the same location to hail the error of the President's ways as well. Now, I wonder if ANY of them have ever received an invitation to preach at this building or to this "congregation", but that is another story...but here are some of the "highlights" as they charged and commanded President Trump to repent of his SINS...
"One of the most egregious crimes against humanity is the crime of rape and what I saw yesterday was the rape of a church and of God's holy word" ~ Pastor A Michael Durant 10th St. Baptist Church Washington DC
You mean to tell me, a sitting President, exercising his FREE RIGHT to travel to a church and stand in front of the church taking a picture is tantamount to "rape"? And that of "raping a church"? This is far too over the top and a ridiculous sentiment, comparison and analogy.

Let's continue:
"We call upon the President Sir to repent, to repent, to repent" ~ Bishop Edwin Brown Full Gospel Baptist Church
OK, repent for walking to a church, taking a photo, or something else? Exactly what should he "repent" for? "Raping" the church? OVER THE TOP Reverend!!!
"We will not divert our attention from the way that White Supremacy and racism has burned and desecrated the Black, & Brown and Indigenous bodies of this land." ~ Pastor Mike Wilker Lutheran Church of the Reformation, Co-Chair Washington Interfaith Network.
Now, he was the only White Pastor to speak, and as you can tell, his comments would go on to compare Trump's actions to those of Hitler who according to him allegedly used a photo-op and division of the Christian church to divert attention away from the "Jewish bodies" which were being "burned" under his, Hitler's,  regime. Only problem is that the photo circulating of Hitler holding what appeared to be a bible in a photo op, was FAKE!!! Yep, not real at all...Then HOW does the President exercising his freedom to walk anywhere in the United States, AFTER having warned those alleged "friendly protesters" to move out of the way, not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES, equate to White Supremacy, and desecrating the "indigenous People of the Land"?

Just so happens I AM one of the Indigenous people. I am the descendant of a Chief tribal leader of the Ojibwa Grand Portage Band aka: Chippewa Nation. I don't see how going to a church to attend and or take a photo, added to the desecration of my people and ancestors. That is the LEAST thing that added to the harm of my people. Another OVER THE TOP IRRATIONAL statement made for what I see has just become a PHOTO OP!

Let's continue:
"...I know you stood right here and held the bible in your hand; but it is clear you don't have the bible in your heart"..."You (Trump) are representing everything that we are standing against. We are outraged by your abuse of power..." "Mr. President, we find the misuse of the bible and the church as a mere photo opportunity deplorable and disgraceful" ~  Rev. George Gilbert Jr. Social Justice Rep. of the Progressive National Baptist Convention USA
Now, Rev. Gilbert went in for the direct kill. To him Trump had the bible in his hand, but not in his heart. OK, that is descriptive of a sinner or someone who is not saved. He goes on to call Trump's actions "deplorable and disgraceful". Well. would not the actions of all sinners be "deplorable" if they violate God's word? I know Paula White has hailed him as some great guru, but has Trump ever publicly claimed to be a Christian? Believe me, he has said some incredibly stupid things, to which I agree, but has he claimed to be a Christian in any forum? SO why should and how does this pastor expect the bible to be "in his heart" when he has made no such claim that it is?

OVER THE TOP!!!!

So this REV-RUND is standing in front a church, which he probably has never been asked to speak at,  led by a pastor who AFFIRMS the gay lifestyle, by not only conducting gay marriage ceremonies, but by having done so illegally "in the name of God" while in MN, as a part of a church that has multiple gay bishops and is a gay affirming denomination somehow misses the condemnation of the REV-RUNDS???...Yet...a PERSON, exercising their freedom, walking in safety and peace to that same church, set ablaze less than 24 hours before, doesn't have the bible in his heart and displays deplorable and disgraceful acts???

Nobody is asking anyone to like him, but to show the greatest HATRED is certainly NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE BIBLE BEING IN THE HEART, and is further DEPLORABLE AND DISGRACEFUL in my humble opinion REV-RUNDS!

I'll conclude with this little insightful caveat from another of the REV-RUNDS on site:
"He may as well have been holding up a phone book, that's how much he knew about the bible" ~ Pastor Keith Byrd Zion Baptist Church Washington DC, 2nd Vice-President Progressive National Baptist Convention Inc
CONCLUSION:

One thing is for sure, the REV-RUNDS on site certainly didn't know much about the bible either, no matter where they allegedly matriculated from nor stand within their respective organizations. To grandstand in front of a gay affirming church/organization because someone exercised their freedom to do the same thing, is utterly preposterous, displays a complete lack of spiritual insight and begs the question, did you REV-RUNDS simply want a photo op, or to fight for biblical moral values and against tyranny? The former seems more in line with their actions. Especially in light of the fact at what has happened as the "protesters" have become anarchists and seek to set up their own autonomous zone.

Yes. we know that the streets are filled with real peaceful protesters, and we want to foster the right of free speech, and truly peaceful protests at all costs, however, the President enjoins those same rights as well, and no matter who is in office, the office is the highest in the Land and deserves RESPECT. Yep, when our President travels or commutes, no matter Democrat or Republican, as an American Citizen, I want him (or her) PROTECTED at all times, free of threat and or bodily harm and I don't want anyone to come close to hurting or hindering him or her because as I see it, that is MY President no matter whether I like the policies or not.

Donald Trump's Presidency will be the most controversial Presidency in American History, however he is President and deserves his rights too.

In part 2 of this series we will discover the rise of communism, and the real reason for all of this and how the church and it's leaders, especially them depicted here have been played like a drum. So sad, but so true.

Blessed!

Ravi Zacharias, Sexual Addiction, Abuse & Influence Of Ministry

UPDATED 12/31/2020:
Unfortunately, it has been recently revealed and evidenced by diligent research that this man suffered from addiction. After his death in May, a number of allegations of decades old sexual abuse began to surface. We are heartbroken, not so much because of the tarnished reputation of Ravi Zacharias, but because of the wake of destruction and allegations of sexual abuse that have been confirmed. We are not proud in any manner that those who were groomed, used and sexually abused were not given light and council to face their abuser in this life, HOWEVER, they will, somehow face Ravi in judgment and yes, he too, will be judged for the things done in his body and those that have been done wrong, shall be made whole somehow.

Even in light of that, the rest of this post remains true. I was blessed tremendously by this man's ministry. I am reminded that "to whom much is given, much is required" (Lk12:48). This is an ultimate reminder to HARVEY BURNETT, who writes this blog and conducts a ministry that reaches thousands monthly, to MAKE SURE his anchor holds and that he REPENTS and lives free of sin and in union and in fellowship with Christ. One day, we will ALL give an account for the our deeds.

2 Corinthians 5:10 ~ For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Do Atheists Think Things Through?

The Probability Problem Of Suffering Addressed

Some contend that because suffering exists, God doesn't exist. Then some say that even if one could say that God and suffering can exist, that it is more unlikely that God exists because there would be no good reason for suffering and evil to exist if God exists.

Yes, arguments along these lines make some great and fanciful leaps into a chasm of knowledge and understanding that baffles me, but the assumption yet exist that man is the center of the universe and that all things revolve around what he knows, as opposed to what God knows.

Here is a recent video produced by Reasonable Faith that addresses this alleged conundrum of the Christian faith:

The Self-Authenticating Witness Of The Spirit Of God

Among questions I receive are those seeking direction from individuals pondering issues pertaining to how one knows or perceives God's presence in the world and how one comes to salvation.

While there are some poignant theological differences and debate in this area within Christian circles, I don't know of anyone who doesn't believe that salvation is a work of God wrought or performed in the life of the believer.  In other words, under most constructs, Christians would contend that salvation is not a mere product of intellect, or arguments rooted in evidentialism. However, one could make the case that in many instances intellect, arguments and evidence play a significant role in the entire process of salvation and certainly spiritual growth.

Reaffirming many of the primary principles within teachings such as those of Henry Dodwell (1700-1784) and Alvin Plantinga, Dr. William L Craig points to what is called the "self-authenticating witness of God's Spirit" in the life of the believer, in the following statement:
Dr. William L Craig & Pastor H. Burnett
"Therefore when a person refuses to come to Christ, it is never just because of lack of evidence or because of intellectual difficulties: at root, he refuses to come because he willingly ignores and rejects the drawing of God's Spirit on his heart. No one in the final analysis really fails to become a Christian because of lack of arguments; he fails to become a Christian because he loves darkness rather than light and wants nothing to do with God. But anyone who responds to the drawing of God's Spirit with and open mind and an open heart can know with assurance that Christianity is true, because God's Spirit will convict him that it is. Jesus said, "My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me: if any man's will is to do his will he shall know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own authority." (John 7:16-17 RSV) Jesus affirms that if anyone is truly seeking God then he will know that Jesus teaching is truly from God."
So then for the unbeliever as well as for the believer, it is the testimony of God's Spirit that ultimately assures him of the truth of Christianity. The unbeliever who is truly seeking God will be convinced of the truth of the Christian message." {Craig, William L. Reasonable faith Christian Truth and Apologetics Third Edition 2008 Pg. 47}
In my opinion this is certainly true. I don't know of anyone who came to Christ initially because an argument, whatever that argument was. [I don't consider the Gospel to be an argument. It is the preached word of God and as such the Good News. Not an argument in the sense that I am proposing here] I know of no argument that is so absolutely compelling or overwhelming that one has to be saved on the basis of it. I don't know of too many individuals who's intellectual assent, no matter how steep, was the sole or singular motivating factor in accepting Christ for salvation.

However, there is ample testimony from people, even former atheists such as C.S. Lewis and Lee Strobel, who were not saved by the evidences of Christianity, but drawn by the power of the Spirit of the Lord to salvation through the self-authenticating witness of God's Spirit. In other words, faith, for these men and I would venture to say the majority of Christians, was not and is not merely a matter of the head, it is a matter of the heart. It is that tug on the reigns of the heart by God that defines and often boggles the mind and or intellect, which leads to salvation. In theological terms this could be called regeneration.

That Which Is Seen

Now, if this is true, that it is not the church, the individuals in the church or anything else associated with the church that either causes one to accept or reject God, then each individual is truly accountable for their own response to God. No matter the situation, it is not one's family, family history or upbringing that can be fully blamed for how the individual responds to the Spirit of God.

I'm sure that we have all witnessed individuals raised in the church, given great teaching or nurturing, but who have turned from all of that to lifestyles of sin, and shame. On the other hand, and please don't get me wrong, some situations are more conducive to salvation than others...So realizing that there are situations in which persons are driven away from or drawn to the church is not the whole question here, however, at the end of the day, every person is responsible for their own response to God and either their acceptance of union with him or their rejection of HIS grace, mercy and ultimately forgiveness.

The facts are these: It was not Jesus who failed. It was not God who came up short or who mishandled issues. It was the individual(s) some known as part of the church or maybe institutions associated with the church or maybe other parochial institutions claiming to be built upon "biblical and Christian principles" who may have failed.

From an individual standpoint, although we may not always intellectually comprehend or apprehend God, invariably it is flesh that always fails and not HIM nor his Spirit that woos us. But even in that  failure of the flesh in no way negates or stops the self-authenticating witness of the Spirit" from speaking and revealing the glory of God to each and every individual, from those that reject him to those that will receive him.

Ps. 19:1 ~ To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

His works and majesty can be perceived by all. His mystery is known to all the universe. In response the impetus of all scientific study and discovery is an attempt to comprehend his works. The unfortunate part is that many of them engaged in the study of pursuing the understanding of his works (science) because they (the works of God through creation) are seen, are oblivious to and rejecting of the wooing of HIS Spirit, even though the only reason that they are curious is because of the works they see. The works of God are HIS works and not the works of a man or some blind force. They are the evidence of his manifest presence.

Consequences Of "The Light"

At the end of the day, an individual is where they are, believing what they believe and doing what they do, because they WANT to. Not because they are fatalistically determined to be in the spiritual condition that they are.

John 3:19 ~ And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

Sin born into the hearts of men and embraced intellectually and spiritually is what destroys the man. The wages of sin is death but the penalty of sin is more sin. Notice the nature of sin. It takes men to what we describe as "dark places". Many, if not all sin behaviors, have a self destructive basis. For example, many alcoholics drink to the pace that the alcoholism destroys their bodies. First, many controlled by the substance refuse to admit it, and secondly it is often some tragedy or threat of loss that causes the individual to seek help and eventually turn away from the behavior associated with the substance. One hardly ever simply decides to walk away from such addiction on their own and do so successfully.

Drug addicts are similar as well. The illicit and illegal use of drugs, such as opioids, which have

Then there is the adulterer, molester and those who commit sexual sin. Usually these individuals go from a stage of personal, private, hidden and even recreational pursuit of sin, to a stage of addiction or life changing actions which causes multiplied grief, heartache and confusion sometimes for generations enveloped some whole communities within America, has proven to be virulently destructive. According to a recent NBC Nightly News report, one particular city in West Virginia, with a population of 3200 persons, received over 20 million pain pills by prescription over the last 10 years. I believe drug use along these lines, are not so much a display of illness as it is a display of a heart and mind desperate in seeking to relieve itself from the burden of sin. Relief being illusive the sin nature of man finds it much more easy to embrace more sin as a remedy instead of embracing the light.

Sin ADDS to itself until in the end, it is out of control. The rejection of light and ultimately truth always leads to greater darkness.

The key here is that the Light is seen and amply available, but men find it too challenging to draw themselves away from darkness. Why so challenging? The acceptance of light has a consequence and that consequence is that darkness, which pervades every fiber of this creation, is rejected and at that point a new path must be taken because the Light has come! Therefore to accept the Light of Jesus means to reject the thought patterns, systems, and social and spiritual norms that men have embraced to comfort themselves in darkness.

Critique

The critic asserts, how then is this "self-authenticating witness of the Spirit" any different from a Mormon's "burning in the bosom" or a Hindu's state of "nirvana" or Buddhist moment of enlightenment?

First, I believe that it may be a mistake to attempt to de-authenticate the experience of them claiming to have had one. There are many experiences, but not all of them lead to the Lord or HIS throne. John was aware of this as he encourages the believer to "not believe" every spirit, but to "try the spirits, whether they be of God". (1 John 4:1). The experience is to be "tried" or weighed or judged as to its authenticity and is always subject to Christ. In measuring that, one can tell whether the experience points to Christ or points away from him by adding another measure whereby men can be saved or blessed. Therefore the experience itself is also self-authenticating.

Secondly, the best witnesses to this are those who have converted from those systems to Christianity or those who have "found" Christ. As stated, other experiences certainly may have occurred, but there should be no assumption that those alternate experiences and the experience of Christianity and the exercise of faith are the same or even equivalent. The messages are certainly not the same, so why would anyone expect the experiences themselves to be the same? Those who come from non-Christian systems of belief will be the first to assert that the witness of the Holy Spirit upon and in their lives is wholly different than anything received under former systems or channels of belief.  So these are distinctions that make all the difference.

Next the critic would assert, then why aren't all saved since the self authenticating witness of the Holy Spirit is so unique?

Because something is unique does not mean that all people yield or avail themselves to it. First, do all people desire the same thing? For example, Tesla has a good and some say the world's best electric car. Their new version has a multi-thousand preorders. However, do all individuals stop driving their current cars and start driving Tesla? Does everyone want a Tesla because it is "unique"? Just because someone can do something, does it mean that they always do? Free will is the issue and the key here. Everyone has it and can exercise it as they see fit.  Once again, the exercise of free will to reject the self-authenticating witness of the Spirit does not diminish or negate the role, majesty or uniqueness of the Spirit in the process.

Conclusion

The self-authenticating witness of the Spirit has been played out throughout the Bible. From something as simple as a man named Moses going up to see a bush that burned with fire, and coming down the deliverer of a nation (Exodus 3), to Pilate as Jesus stood before him asking "what is truth" (John 18:38) to Paul preaching so convincingly that Agrippa, says "you almost persuade me to become a Christian" (Acts 26:28)...The Spirit of God has been and will always be active because HE is God.

One will not be able to leave this world and certainly not the presence of God without having been presented with compelling evidence of the self-authenticating witness of the Spirit...Argument or no argument, intellectual fulfillment or none, God speaks and HIS sheep do hear him!

John 10: 27 ~ My sheep hear my voice, and I know them,
and they follow me:

Neil deGrasse Tyson Genetic Predisposition Or Freewill STILL Sexual Abuse!

"He offered me a glass of water. I accepted a liquid in a cup made out of a coconut shell. I recall coming back to consciousness briefly, then next thing I remember is seeing him in the hallway the next day. I have lived in this nightmare for 30 years, and it stops today". ~ Tychia Amet

The rise of the "Me Too Movement" continues to allow women and men to give shape and voice to their experience of sexual abuse. Accusations against the secular elite in the political, business and even entertainment industry have not only rocked our society, but have displayed that money cannot and does not fix or correct hearts.

Neither position, titles, public accolades, or money can change the hearts of men and cause them to walk in integrity. You see, it stems from Adam, as we (the human race) were "ALL" "shaped in iniquity" and conceived in sin, or brought into a sin filled world (Ps. 51:5) With the exception of Jesus, (as he was sinless ~ 2 Cor. 5:21) there is no one born of a woman that escapes the sin of this world without the hand of sin having made its deep impressions on our mind, hearts and ultimately character.

Within the Christian worldview, we understand this. We understand that our enemy is sin and that what Jesus came to address was the sin nature by not only removing the penalty of sin, through and by the substitutionary atonement and redemption of Jesus on the cross, but by also destroying the power of sin through that shedding of blood and the resurrection:

1 Cor. 15:17 ~ And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins

As Christians we are constantly and consistently driven back to our savior as a result of the relationship that we have to sin. Although sin does not rule over us any longer, we have an "advocate" who continues to wash us with the water of refreshing by HIS word, (Ephes. 5:26)  advancing us past sin's strongholds. For some this may take a lifetime, for others it is an instantaneous reversion away from the sins that we recognize as hindrances to our lives. No matter the theological view or technical application of Christ's works against the sin nature, we have an answer for sin and the evil that results from it.

What Of The Atheist?

Unlike the Christian, the atheist has first, no outlined reason to exist at all. Under a purely materialistic paradigm, where only current laws of nature exist, there is no reason for life in general. In fact, under even the most advanced scientific postulation, there is no reason for material existence of any kind from a state of non-existence when "nothing" actually means "nothing".

Secondly, under a purely materialistic paradigm, there is no reason to believe that free-will exists at all or that man has any control or power over his own decisions and invariably his own thoughts. Under materialism, all thoughts, actions and even behavior would be based on some form or variation of predetermined chemical, biological response, and that is the only degree to which a man could be said to be "responsible" for their own actions.

Therefore, according to the materialist, we are victims of chemicals, and biological chemical responses and products of our environment and predetermined physiological and genetic predispositions. We are hopeless to avoid what a predetermined materialistic response to conditions will do and there is no ultimate method available to "save ourselves" except for the advancement of science and self-improvement.

Even America's favorite Black atheist cannot escape his own biological predispositions. according to Patheos Blog nearly 3 years ago self acclaimed, healer, teacher and musician, Tchiya Amet spoke out on the abuse that she suffered at the hands of her former professor, the now renowned Neil deGrasse Tyson from the article:

"He talks about obstacles to reaching his goal of astrophysicist. Did anyone slip him a mickey? Perhaps this was his way of eliminating the competition….what a scam YOU are Mr. Tyson…
How does it feel to know that YOU are the reason there is one less [black] female galactic astronomer on this planet? Yes, YOU. How many freshman students did you give A’s to when they were failing? Were they really failing, or was that just an easy way to get free blow jobs?"

Evidently, Ms. Amet was victimized by Mr. Tyson while she attended the University Of Texas as an undergrad student with dreams of becoming an astronaut. Not only did the alleged unwanted advances of Mr. Tyson stop Ms. Amet from reaching her goals, but they also caused her over 25 years of trauma summarized by a diagnosis of PTSD.

It seems that although Ms. Amet now embraces some form of Rastafarianism, she was  at one point heavily influenced and accepting of many of Mr. Tyson's activist positions and what would have been considered a break from a traditional understanding of man's role in the world, which, within the Black community, by far and large holds to a more traditional, religiously centered position and understanding.

While there are many lessons to learn here, I find that all men, religious and non-religious, suffer from the same plight of humanity and its evils and no matter what a man or person does to escape, finds that our natures are inescapable and incompassable without repentance and faithful adherence to God and HIS word.

Critical Assessment

Now, the critic will assert that we see priests, pastors and other religiously centered people engaging in sinful behavior every day, and observing their failures are ample proof that there is no difference in the ethics of the religious and nor the ethics of the irreligious.

If that were the only argument, we would have to admit that the atheist makes quite a point here. However, that is NOT the only argument.

The argument centers around the pure exercise of free-will. God has not destroyed free-will in the process of saving us from sin. He yet expects free-will agents to freely serve HIM and accept HIM and even follow HIM for what and who HE is. It is the exercise of free-will that makes the Christian uniquely different when all things are considered. The atheist only has what "appears" to be free-will. He cannot change (according to his beliefs) He can only act on what he is made of and is a product of chemicals, environment and genetics. Whereas, the Christian can decide, by an act of his volition, which path he or she chooses to follow.

Unfortunately, not all Christians maintain their choice or exercise their free will to pursue Christ and righteousness consistently. THUS, herein is the major difference:

The Christian has a solution to sin and evil that he or she can actualize, that is beyond self that can be accessed to superseded genetics, biology and environment. The atheist is left to a hopeless predeterminism rooted in all of those things, masqueraded as self-determinism. This is the ultimate delusion. The delusion that predetermined factors can somehow act differently than they are predetermined to act!

My Invitation To Every Atheist Confronted With The Limits Of Self

All the money, attention and accolades in the world cannot save Mr. Tyson, myself, or any man from their sins...ONLY the blood of Jesus and repentance and faith in that redemptive act can do that. HIS act of redemption upon the cross opens a door beyond materialism into a world where true free-will and freedom of the heart and mind from sin and evil exists. Certainly as long as we are here, upon this Earth, we will struggle. However we can overcome in HIM:

John 16:33 ~ These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome
the world.

As a Christian, I have certainly committed actions that I am not proud of. Every day has not been on the mountaintop over the last some 35 years of being saved...HOWEVER, I THANK GOD that I have an advocate who has redeemed me from sin and the curse of sin as I have committed to HIM my mind, heart and body! It is that GOD that I and countless other Christians turn to to find help in the time of need and freedom from the power and ultimate penalty of sin, guilt and condemnation of failure in this world.

I hope that Mr. Tyson and every other atheist can join me in finding that peace, because outside of that, is only the fictitious make-believe that man can redeem himself from evil and ultimately the evil of his own heart and mind.

Does Existence Precede Essence?

French atheist, humanist philosopher and Marxist, Jean-Paul Sartre (1905-1980) asserted within his writings that a proof of God's nonexistence is wrapped up in the existential theory that human beings do not have essence (aka: core property or ultimate purpose) prior to their existence. Due to this "blank slate" of being at existence, we are therefore "condemned to be free" acting separately or independently from the past with the ability to make ourselves or our lives whatever we wish it to be, to espouse whatever moral values we individually choose, and to suffer the consequences and full weight of such decisions. eg: Each individual can self direct their own purpose as there is no purposeful intent of our existence except that which we assign to it.

Now, think of this for a minute. If there is no creator, and we have not been given any purpose other than a self-assigned temporary purpose which we have chosen for ourselves, which is only as relevant as as a speck of dust in the wind, then the universe itself, ultimately has no essence (purpose) and the existence of all things, no matter how wonderful or majestic they may be only lead to a cold uncelebrated death and meaninglessness. This is the world of existence preceding essence and the logical conclusion to the theory itself. In its end, it will lead to nihilism or the meaninglessness of life.

The Fight For Essence (Purpose): Thank God for TRUTH!

I suppose that we could give what Sartre had to say some real credence and credibility "if" it were true and "if" God had not already addressed this same issue through his word thousands of years prior to Sartre's existence and the existence of others who think like him. Although Sartre has claimed that all men are prophets, incidentally enough it was the calling of a prophet that settled the issue a long time ago:

Jer. 1:5 ~ “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

As God spoke to Jeremiah calling him to be a prophet to the nation of Israel, HE reveals that God's purpose for Jeremiah extended to a time BEFORE Jeremiah's existence. God, not being a respector of "any man's person" reveals to us, by that statement and calling alone, that each person that he has allowed to enter this realm has an "essence" or purpose, prior to their existence. There is no such thing as a purposeless existence.

According to the truth of the word of God, our essence or purpose clearly precedes our existence. God has a purpose and he further has a plan for every human being and for every individual and that plan doesn't just prop up when we show up in the womb. God therefore moves and directs HIS actions with intention and by virtue of that, has created and filled a universe with intention or purpose as well.

To drive the point home, let's look further:

Ps. 139: 16 ~Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.

The Psalmist also reveals that prior to our formation as individuals, God has already number the days appointed for us here on earth. Before any days or times existed, eg: before existence as a person, God saw and created essence (purpose) by giving each individual a place and space within this time continuum called life. That is purpose.

Is There A "Blank Slate" Of Humanity:

Crossexamined.org recently produced at article entitled "What The Fighting Over Gender Issues Is Really About", pointing out the flawed Sartreian philosophy as mentioned above that further suggests that because existence precedes essence that we have a moral "blank slate" which will allow everyone to create his or her own purpose in life to the fullest degree.
