Protesting TRUTH & A Frazier Knock-Out

It seems that the confusion over sex and sexuality continues at the intersection of sin and ungodliness.

It seems that gay advocacy is alive and well within the city of Chicago. Apparently, there was a rally against the Apostolic Church Of God over the weekend due to the church's faithfulness to scripture and traditional marriage.

It seems that a former member of the church, who evidently recently entered into a lesbian marriage, was dis-fellowshipped because of her marriage. While intricate details here are unknown, what is known is that the gay community, with the biblically illiterate in tow, is attempting to paint the picture that the bible somehow endorses the SIN of homosexuality and vicariously homosexual marriage.

Of certainty, we can say that they are wrong, have been wrong, and will not be right until such time as they repent of their sins and stop bullying the church by falsely accusing it of discrimination. Here's the video: 

The "pastor" of Lighthouse Church, Jamie Frazier,appears to be one of the apostate conduits for this argument against the church and traditional biblical truth. He raises some questions in effort to capture the attention of the community. Therefore, briefly, let's answer and address some of "pastor" Jamie Frazier's rambling and biblically confused assertions:

First, Frazier asserts: "The pulpit is not a weapon with which to silence, but rather it is a beacon from which to shine light," 

To that we all agree. The LIGHT is the light of Christ to the world. That light says that there is a difference between what is clean and what us unclean, and a difference between what is holy and unholy. That light says that we (the church and individual believers) are the "salt of the earth" and if we loose our savor, all we are good for is to be trodden under the foot of men. The LIGHT points men and women in the right direction and shows the world our "good works" so that God may be glorified. (read Mt. 5) The problem is, living in and endorsing sin is NOT a light, but is DARKNESS!

You see Mr. Frazier, the pulpit is not to be used to endorse, glorify or encourage SIN. The pulpit is not yours. It is not mine. It belongs to God and those of us who approach it are to do so faithfully as it pertains to HIS word, and HIS truth, not ours!

Frazier asks: "How could we say two men or two women in a committed god honoring relationship are sinning?"

First, "pastor", two men and or two women cannot be "married" to one another and that be considered "god honoring" relationship from a biblical perspective. We are not talking about secularism. You did not protest City Hall or the Statehouse. You protested a church. The church's first mission is faithfulness to the WORD of God, not adherence to political correctness or to moral relativism. 

The bible teaches that homosexuality is a dishonorable act. Rom. 1:24 ~ "Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:"

The very act of homosexuality (otherwise referred to as uncleanliness within the text) and consequently, within our society, homosexual marriage, is not anything that God "honors". Why would God honor something that dishonors men and mankind? It (homosexuality) is a behavioral sin like others and yet more. It is an encapsulated lifestyle contrary to biblical and scriptural truth, and is aggressive in nature. For example, one cannot find an adulterer or hardly a pedophile, (both behavioral sins) that believe that their sin should be embraced and accepted prima-facia by others. Many of them do not wish to be seen, yet alone known for their sin. However, the homosexual advocate seeks to gain acceptance of their homosexuality from everyone in their community, subjugating every institutional moral value to its acceptance. This is why they are saying (you are saying) that the church is "discriminating". This is name calling, shaming and out right bullying. Bullying in effort to "make" people accept your behavioral issue as an acceptable moral value.  

The sin of homosexuality, having gained acceptance within liberal facets of society due to political means, processes, bullying and other reasons is something that many of those who advocate for it attempt to present as an argument simply about "diversity" and equal rights, as opposed to moral truth. However, homosexuality is a behavior, and a product of existential thinking where man creates his own purpose as opposed to seeking the purpose of God for his existence. Therefore your question is logically incoherent. Men cannot honor God in homosexual relationships because God views that relationships of the sort, are dishonoring to themselves and to humanity. So try that one again "pastor" and give us a question that makes sense so that we can address it!

Finally, Frazier says: "Show me how two men or two women loving one another diminishes their capacity to love god, to love themselves and to love other people,"

Let's start with the latter red-herring arguments...1- no one claims that homosexuals do not "love themselves" and cannot "love other people" neither of those are the arguments...2- the bible commands us to 'love one another" so that is not in question. 

What the homosexual does is lust with and or have sex with one another. In modern times this leads to what has been deemed "homosexual marriage". It is homosexual marriage and the normalization of the practice of homosexuality that the church correctly and properly stands against. Not the ability or inability of the homosexual to function, display love, care and concern for any and all individuals in life. 

To what I believe the "point" of your challenge is: 
Jesus, speaking in the context of money, reveals that no man can serve 2 masters. They will either hate one and love the other. (Mt. 6:24) Our love leads to our service, allegiance, self-sacrifice and faithful adherence to HIS word.

If it can be demonstrated that our "love" or how we carry out our love, is either honoring or dishonoring to God, as I believe that it can, then we can firmly make the statement and set forth the truth that if our love is dishonoring to HIM by virtue of our actions, we cannot say that we love HIM, if the meaning of that is to live in a state and condition of submission to HIS truth and word. under those conditions, we can certainly say that we love ourselves, and possibly considerations for God, but we cannot truly say that we love HIM if we do not intend to forsake that which is dishonoring to HIM and that which HE does not honor. 

Therefore, by demonstration of what a man does by his actions, a revelation of the capacity of the individual to "love God" can be determined. When a person embraces homosexual activity, their capacity to "love God" is diminished, hindered and severely limited or restricted. In this ethos, self becomes greater than God and personal fulfillment of desire is central to the person and that person lives in union with self, rather than in union with God. 

Anything greater than God, HIS truth and HIS word in our life is an idol and is therefore "another" god, not the God of the bible!

Final Thought:

This attack has nothing to do with the "denomination" of the church. All churches faithful to traditional biblical values are targets. 

The church in general does not and cannot not prohibit anyone from simply attending. After all the church should be a place of healing to them who are spiritually sick and ailing. However the church has an obligation to restrict the ungodly from leadership. Without compromise, the church should not look like and act like the world...though it does...it (the church in general) and those who lead people astray such as Mr. Frazier, will pay the price!

Freedom Of Religion...Olympus Has Fallen

As I note, these are the closing words by President Asher in the 2013 movie, "Olympus Has Fallen". Even though the movie dealt with a fictitious foreign enemy and a takeover of the countries highest office of leadership, reality sometimes mimics fantasy. I don't think that we are faced with any a greater danger than that emanating from the nations highest systems of government which not only includes the ideological takeover of the executive branch of government but also a takeover of the nations judicial branch as both impose a new and foreign type of morality on the American people.

Please allow me to be clear. In this case, our "foe" is not the homosexual or even the common citizen seeking to survive and pursue peace and happiness in this world. The "foe" are the ideologues and historic revisionists that not only seek to co-exist in a nation where freedom, including freedom of religious practice and worship has been a founding principle, but the aim is to subdue the culture upholding and praising perversion while at the same time criticizing and even ridiculing values that have built nations, and brought hope to people all over the world for generations, and in specifically has been the guiding light of America.  

Continued Erosion Of Freedom & Rights Of Conscience By The Courts
It is no secret that the agenda of gay and homosexual normalization, and the access to marriage in particularly has been championed by the courts and not the voice of the people or legislatures of the majority of the States of the United states of America.

One of the most disturbing recent occurrences is the finding of "contempt of court" by a Federal Judge in the case of Kim Davis, the former (I suppose) Rowan County, KY, County Clerk, which was duly elected by the public (the people) to carry out her job. Not only was Mrs. Davis found to be in contempt of court for refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples, but she was was subsequently jailed as well for standing for her religious freedoms and rights of conscience. Mt. 24:9 ~ Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

The backdrop for the court's actions of course is the sweeping ratification by the United States Supreme Court that reverses any ban on gay marriage in any State. In other words in the court's view, gay marriage is sanctioned in all corners of the United States and should not be prohibited in any venue by any citizen or office of the United States.

Some have taken the Supreme Court's decision and President Obama's support and direction of the nation and the world towards the acceptance and normalization of gay marriage as "gospel" and the way that a truly free society should operate and function in spite of religion and religious views. For President Obama and those that believe in his version of pluralism and secularism, religious beliefs and dogmas are flexible, subject to wholesale change and revision and always tempered by the belief that man best directs his own destiny. ie: One creates one's own God and serves him as it is right in one's own eyes...(2 Kings 17:33, 41)

Are Our Religious Views & Values Subject To The State? 

It can hardly be argued that the bible teaches cognitive dissonance against the State, rule or authority. We are consistently told that we should honor magistrates (Titus 3:1) and governments and even pray for them. (Rom. 13:1) However, we see that when it comes to standing for and doing what is right in God's eyes, the biblical characters did not obey the orders of the magistrates or the powers that were in control. They quickly and readily hastened to the call of the Lord, even if it meant that their lives were made uncomfortable:

Acts 5:27-32 ~ 27-And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them, 28-Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. 29-Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men. 30-The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. 31-Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. 32-And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

In the case of gay marriage and gay marital acceptance, what we have is a perversion being hailed as a desirable and acceptable moral value. It is the conscience of all of them that know the truth to NOT promote a lifestyle that is both immoral, dangerous and detrimental to society. At the same time, most believers also recognize the human elements involved. Gay people are people too, deserving of courtesy and respect. However, the problem is not courtesy, nor is it respect. The problem is subjection to a lifestyle and proclivity that is immoral, unbiblical and even in secular society, damaging both to the individual and society in general.

Not A Funny Matter

This event has sparked may sharp criticisms on both sides of the issue. Some have said that Kim Davis is a "public" servant, therefore has a greater obligation to serve the public no matter her personal beliefs...some have said that the judge went way over the top (a sentiment to which I certainly concur) and other have said that this is one proof of why the bible and even religion itself has no place in a free society...Others have simply laughed Mrs. Davis and her beliefs to scorn, telling her and us that we are out of date and out of touch and have no clue as to what "reality" says in this case or any other case where religious values are in conflict.

While the latter is just stupid...I mean the equivalent of a child climbing on its parents lap and slapping him/her in the face for not buying the right baby formula or the right diapers...The only reason that the baby has anything at all or knows anything at all is because of the parents that have cared for him/her in those things and more. The only reason we enjoy ANY freedoms at all in America is because of religion and Christianity in particular, not in spite of it... The jokes and abundant ignorance of the pundits against the ample evidence of history is utterly fantastic, and only displays the needs of the historic revisionist to actually attempt to change history in order to make their case asserting that America would somehow be better off without God and or religion....

Although, I would agree that America is certainly not a "Christian nation" in the sense that every mandate and dictate that it embraces is Christ centered, it doesn't take but a cursory examination of the structure of our society to observe that the principles and values that this society embraces, and that most every free nation embraces are principles also deeply rooted in in biblical moral value constructs emanating primarily from concepts and teachings of the Ten Commandments and biblical Christianity.

The revisionists display their long staff of ignorance by continuing to assert that the founders of this country sought to establish freedoms in absence of religion. Nearly ALL the evidence points contrary to their assertions. Here is a small smapling of some of the evidence in support of my position:

The Declaration of Independence (1776) 

This document invokes an understanding of God in the very establishment of human freedoms and what are called "unalienable" rights, which are rights not conferred upon man by other men, but rights conferred upon every human being by a transcendent being, aka: God himself:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
Not only did the signers and creators of the constitution avow the "creation" of men meaning that man and mankind was purposeful and not some act of chance or random selection or inclusion of life, but that men were given certain qualities, traits and "rights" that were not on the table to be traded away or traded for. There "rights" came from a source other than men and mankind and were transcendent in value and nature. The founders held these things as "self evident" meaning that there was no great inquiry necessary to observe, see and experience these things.

The Articles Of Confederation 1777:
Article III. ~ The said states hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defence, the security of their Liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of religion, sovereignty, trade, or any other pretence whatever.
Under Article 3 of the Articles Of Confederation was placed in tact to DEFEND those who were attacked due to or because of their religion. Religion was acknowledged as being a durable and enduring part of society, not some sort of weird exception to the norm or the way things were.

 Amendment I  ~ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
This is probably the most rehearsed Amendment to the US Constitution in all of American history, because upon it rests and identifies the type of freedoms that we have as Americans and enjoin. There is no "penalty" for having a position of free speech or opinion. There is no "restriction" or line which is drawn to say that "freedoms stop here". Freedoms simply exist and Congress cannot prohibit these freedoms and continue to stay faithful to the founding document. Notwithstanding that the courts seems to have found a way around this, by becoming something that it was never authorized to do...being a dispenser and a creator of laws through and by activism.

It is this branch, the Judiciary, that was never intended to establish or create law that has become the new dispenser of rights and freedoms and the restrictor of freedoms based upon the "rouse" of "interpreting" the law supposedly in effort of making the law fair for all men and women. With the Executive Branch of the government leading the way, the Judiciary has dome more damage for the moral and social values of the country than any other branch of government in modern times.

Here are some other opinions about rights and freedoms, especially as they pertain to religion and Christianity in particular that we should be aware of.

"Conscience is the most sacred of all property; other property depending in part on positive law, the exercise of that being a natural and unalienable right. To guard a man’s house as his castle, to pay public and enforce private debts with the most exact faith, can give no title to invade a man’s conscience, which is more sacred than his castle, or to withhold from it that debt of protection for which the public faith is pledged by the very nature and original conditions of the social pact. – “Property” in The National Gazette (29 March 1792)

False Interpretations Of The Bible

One of the most ridiculous things that has arisen out of the entire controversy over gay marriage is the myriad of various false interpretation of the bible and biblical moral values. Prior to him being President, Barack Obama said:
"Moreover, given the increasing diversity of America's population, the dangers of sectarianism have never been greater. Whatever we once were, we are no longer just a Christian nation; we are also a Jewish nation, a Muslim nation, a Buddhist nation, a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers. And even if we did have only Christians in our midst, if we expelled every non-Christian from the United States of America, whose Christianity would we teach in the schools? Would we go with James Dobson's, or Al Sharpton's? Which passages of Scripture should guide our public policy? Should we go with Leviticus, which suggests slavery is ok and that eating shellfish is abomination? How about Deuteronomy, which suggests stoning your child if he strays from the faith? Or should we just stick to the Sermon on the Mount - a passage that is so radical that it's doubtful that our own Defense Department would survive its application? So before we get carried away, let's read our bibles. Folks haven't been reading their bibles." ~ Senator Barack Obama, "A Call To Renewal" Washington DC 6/8/2006

Many have followed the same confusion linking food laws such as restrictions on shellfish and other "unclean" animals to laws and prohibitions to sexual immorality. Then others link prohibitions of mixed fabric garments to laws on sexual morality as if to say that because they can't understand why there were fabric restrictions that certainly there are no sexual restrictions.

Now, does that even make sense? Since there are no sexual restrictions, because certain fabrics couldn't be mixed, and that makes no sense now, then certainly anything a person or persons want to do sexually is permissible???

Then, because there are differences in how to carry out a Christian life and walk we should simply allow all things or whatever we feel to take place???

What the President and others that share his confusion and erroneous sense of interpretation do is assume that Christians are demanding a theocratic government.  Muslims may demand such by implementing Sharia and seeking to make Sharia a part of American Law, under which they are judged separately from others, Christians offer and make no such conclusions or impositions on the government. Christians seek fairness, morality, justice and equability in the law, not a theocracy because we know that this world does not belong to us and that Jesus did not come to establish an earthly kingdom, but a kingdom that endures forever.

These arguments are simply red herrings diverting away from the moral truth that god demands sexual purity among people and that purity is for the benefit and freedom of people, not for their demise and destruction. He know how we were created, even as the founding fathers acknowledge, and he knows best how we perform. God did not create a deceptive creation and a false or fake man or women. he created a man and a woman that was real with orderly affections and passions one for the other.

Olympus Has Fallen, Can It Get UP?

President Obama said that his Presidency would be the one that all gay people would be especially proud and fond of when looking back on history. The President certainly did not lie about that one. What he did not say is that his Presidency would probably be the most sad one for religious and personal freedoms for all Americans including Christians in this country for sure. he failed to say that his assault on marriage would have lasting implications and that his redefining morality to include sexual perversion as normal would only open the gate to anything that man and mankind could think of in the future.

Already the pedophiles are following the same rout of the President and the gay advocacy movement claiming that adult/child sexual relations should be considered normal and could even be "healthy" and "wholesome" for the children who otherwise learn everything else from adults...The Polygamists, bigamists and polyamourous only seek support for their actions and activities which a just society once condemned. Now, how and under what doctrine can any of them be condemned if secular society is right about what it is imposing?

Thus the problem is revealed...the door is open to all perversion of any kind and that is primarily thanks to an activist court and a President set on changing the culture in one of the most unbiblical manners possible...at the root and foundation of the family.

At a time when families should be flourishing, we are yet laying polluted in our own blood, but thank god there is a PHYSICIAN in the house and HIS name is Jesus. only HE can heal us of this disease called flesh, and self exaltation. Without HIM we can do nothing!

When "Gay Day" Comes Your Way ~ Results Of The Homosexual Rite Being Law Pt. 3


Freedom Of Speech, Religion & The New Gay Rights

Aside from the NCAA final Four one of the most hotly contested situations in Indiana this weekend is the states position of the intersection of freedom of speech, free exercise of religion and values, and the implementation of gay rights as defined by gay advocacy groups including Lambda Legal, GLAAD, the HRC (Human Rights Campaign), and the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union).

In short, the Indiana legislature took it upon themselves to look back nearly 22 years into American history adopting their version of The Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) which reiterates policies that both political liberals and conservatives all agreed upon at a time in American history...that No one has a right to infringe on the closely held beliefs and religious freedoms of anyone else in America, nor does anyone have the right to force another, through law or otherwise, to set aside their religious freedoms and values in order to satisfy the whims of another group or class of people without "compelling interest".

Before the ink was dry, the Indiana law was was under attack. Indiana Governor Mike Pence was denigrated and the legislative efforts of Indiana Lawmakers was touted by gay advocacy groups as racist, discriminatory, archaic, and insulting to the gay community. The misrepresentation of the law was so fever pitched, that major corporations threatened to boycott the NCAA basketball tournament, (which has nothing to do with the laws of the State).

Governors of other states, in efforts to look good, cancelled state sponsored trips to Indiana for bona-fide business purposes, and major news organizations, whose correspondents I believe purposely misreported the law(1) as being bigoted, placed all their efforts on examining the law with over the top skepticism, un-objective journalism, and rank criticism. The governor of Indiana, looking like a rag doll caught by the cat, was overwhelmed trying to balance his political career with his moral values. At times seeming to explain that the law really meant nothing... In all, it seems that anyone, who voiced their opinion in support of the law, was met with public shame, wrath and indignation sparked by false reporting, misrepresentations and an absurd view of closely held American rights such as freedom of speech and freedom of religion. Due to this confusion, the State of Arkansas, before they could even roll out a similar law, began to backtrack and modify its position due to fear of continued media backlash, and because Arkansas corporate giant Walmart, said that they were displeased....WHAT???

Illinois Approves Gay Marriage By False Parallel Of Race

The Illinois Legislature, making news for all the wrong reasons, decided in a 61-54 vote late Tuesday night to affirm gay marriage in spite of strong and vocal support against the measure by both Republican, Democrat and politically Independent citizens of the state. 

In what was building as a fight since a late last year's rejection of the measure, in what has become known as "President Obama's State", House Speaker Mike Madigan (D) along with other supporters were able to convince legislators to approve the measure by means of what he deemed as the "art of persuasion"  That "persuasion" included doing what gay marriage advocacy adherents do best, create a totally FALSE argument to promote their agenda and shame into submission all those who disagree. 

Such tactics were clearly seen as more and more representatives were convinced to relate the struggle for homosexual marriage to the struggle for civil rights. To highlight the utter confusion as it pertains to this issue, in my own back yard, Representative, Jehan Gordon-Booth (D) in The Peoria Journal Star News Opinion article entitled "Equality Under The Law Is The American Way" stated:

"My thinking on this matter has been deeply influenced by the heroes of the civil rights movement. Congressman John Lewis of Georgia is the former chairman of the Student nonviolent Coordinating Committee. a Freedom Rider who had his skull fractured on the march across Selma's Edmund Pettus Bridge, and a man of strong faith who graduated from the American Baptist Theological Seminary. He supports marriage equality."..."Obama wrestled very publicly with his views on the issue, ultimately realizing that his Christian faith is fully compatible with his endorsement of equal marriage rights." ~ Rep. To which I simply say, what does any of that have to do with the price of tea in China? This sort of sentiment is not uncommon among politicians and Mrs. Gordon-Booth is certainly not the progenitor of such thinking, but it must be noted that there has never been a more inept, invalid and totally false correlation and relationship to facts and the struggle for human rights than the correlation of the fight for sexual preference to the fight of basic human dignity.

Utter Presidential Liberality & Confusion

First, President Barack Obama espouses ultra liberal Christian views and values. He doesn't believe in the inspiration or infallibility of the scriptures and believes some scriptures are valid while others are not based on his own guidance. Therefore to base one's decision on how he has come to reconcile "faith" with homosexuality is very shaky ground upon which to build  especially considering such a very important issue.

COGIC Significantly Addresses Presidential Position On Gay Marriage

The President’s position regarding “same-sex marriage” has set off a “firestorm,” unlike any other debate in our civil society, perhaps, since the civil rights unrest of the mid-20th century. The advocacy for same-sex marriage, while in conflict with our nation’s long-standing moral posture, has indeed, created opportunity for the Church to communicate our unequivocal position about God’s design and foundation for humanity, the biblical mandate for heterosexuality through the bonds of matrimony and, the centuries-old understanding of the only acceptable means of procreation, habitation, and the establishment of the family.

The Spiritual Seduction. Subdued By Gay Rights

1 Timothy 4:1 ~ Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

In the ongoing battle for gay acceptance many good heterosexuals have been caught in the cross hairs and have lost their will to fight for truth or simply stumbled and gotten confused over the real issues. Once such stumble may have happened in Maryland over the issue of gay marriage.

Contrary to what we noted in our story “You Go Maryland...In God We Trust” there are other pastoral voices that endorse gay marriage in the state as well. Pastor Delman Coates of  Mount Ennon Baptist Church in the Prince George’s County town of Clinton, is one such pastor that supports the gay marriage bill of Maryland. He is also reported to have strongly stood with Governor Martin O’Malley lending his time talent and voice to the expansion of marital rights to same sex couples. This is some of what he has said:

“I think that using private, religious beliefs, and local church practices for legislation establishes a dangerous precedent in America,”…

He has said this as well:

“We have fought for inclusion, for freedom of religion, so that means if I want to be free to exercise my own religious beliefs, I have to extend that same courtesy and right to others, regardless of what I may think they do in private,”

And the last thing to examine is this:

“Gays and lesbians are part of our communities, they are part of our families, they are part of our church families,” …“I believe that the church ought to be a place where all people, regardless of their lifestyle, ought to be welcome.’

Now, I want to be the first to say that I don’t know Pastor Coates and in that spirit, I’m confident that he is a good man and an excellent servant of God. So I do not aim to impugn his character. However, he has made certain truth claims which seem to be a basis for his argument in support of homosexual marriage and I believe that his truth statements should be examined as I believe that they exemplify a departure from the faith as it pertains to these matters.

In The Defense Of Marriage

American Catholics Call All To Defend Marriage And Reject Notions Of Bigotry

In a Jan 12th, 2011 release, the American Conference Of Catholic Bishops released a statement calling on all Christians and all people to defend the traditional views of marriage as being between one man and one woman as well as reject the notion commonly promoted by the homosexual extremists that those who oppose gay marriage are bigoted. Outlining the problem as being beyond the Catholic Church and its agenda, the latter part of the statement said:
"For example, in New Jersey, the state cancelled the tax-exempt status of a Methodist-run boardwalk pavilion used for religious services because the religious organization would not host a same-sex "wedding" there. San Francisco dropped its $3.5 million in social service contracts with the Salvation Army because it refused to recognize same-sex "domestic partnerships" in its employee benefits policies.Similarly, Portland, Maine, required Catholic Charities to extend spousal employee benefits to same-sex "domestic partners" as a condition of receiving city housing and community development funds. 
In short, the refusal of these religious organizations to treat a same-sex sexual relationship as if it were a marriage marked them and their members as bigots, subjecting them to the full arsenal of government punishments and pressures reserved for racists. These punishments will only grow more frequent and more severe if civil "marriage" is redefined in additional jurisdictions. For then, government will compel special recognition of relationships that we the undersigned religious leaders and the communities of faith that we represent cannot, in conscience, affirm. Because law and government not only coerce and incentivize but also teach, these sanctions would lend greater moral legitimacy to private efforts to punish those who defend marriage."
In essence the statement introduces the notion that the government, by redefining marriage, as President Obama has committed and vowed to do, vicariously become agents supporting religious discrimination. In

The Imposition Of Homosexual Marital Morality & COGIC Silence

"Family law has traditionally been the preserve of state law. The single exception is the Defense of Marriage Act, (DOMA)""This is not a cause which we are going to drop. We are not faint hearts about this." ~ Senator Dianne Feinstein
Saying that "it's time to right a wrong" and that "This bill will ensure that all married couples in the United States enjoy equal protection of our laws." While the country is distracted by being on the brink of financial ruin, Senator Dianne Feinstein has spearheaded a congressional effort to repeal The Defense Of Marriage Act (DOMA) by introducing a bill designed to scrap it and the concept that it is constitutional to believe that marriage is solely and exclusively between one man and one woman all together.

Marriage, the first institution of God, has consistently been under attack. Inward pressure causes marriages of  all ethics, Christian and non Christian, to end in divorce at a rate of 50%. The current economy places additional and sincere stresses on the marital relationship in general creating financial rifts which is the number one cause of all divorce.

With all of that said, the external pressure against "traditional" marriage, marriage between one man and one woman, has seemingly never been greater. Gay marriage is being promoted as a human right by world councils, at least 6 states within the United States,   New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Iowa, Vermont, and New Hampshire and The District Of Columbia have made gay marriage the law, and in other states, such as Illinois, civil unions are now legal and the law of the land. On the other hand, at the time of this writing, 29 states have constitutional bans on gay marriage and 12 states have laws against it.

A Mixed Message, Gay Advocacy & Teen Bullying

Recently Google Chrome partnered with gay advocate and relationship advisor, Daniel Savage to promote the "It Gets Better Project". The campaign was developed in response to the recent rash of teen suicides and was designed to help give inspiration to gay teens by letting them know that as society evolves,  and as they get older, the world will become a more accommodating place for them as homosexuals and that they are not alone in the struggle for homosexual rights. In addition the campaign addresses teen bullying which has said to have been responsible for many of the suicide deaths.

"That Time Has Passed" ~ The Courtroom Of Moral Philosophy

"The evidence shows that the movement of marriage away from a gendered institution and toward an institution free from state-mandated gender roles reflects an evolution in the understanding of gender rather than a change in marriage. The evidence did not show any historical purpose for excluding same-sex couples from marriage, as states have never required spouses to have an ability or willingness to procreate in  order to marry. While viewing the recent events and being overwhelmed by personal, business, church and other social circumstances which have decidedly taken almost all of my time, I decided not to comment on many of the most recent happenings and events regarding Prop. 8 or the Presidential confusion over a Mosque/Ground Zero and religious freedom. However, as I began to read the Federal Judge's opinion and ruling regarding marriage and gay marriage in particular, I couldn't help but be overwhelmed with the sense that I needed to say something regarding at least this issue and call our readers to note that this judge was not merely trying to come to a legal decision regarding Prop 8 (California's ban on gay marriage) but also trying to send a message to the heterosexual community as well as the Christian community that has traditionally held, by far and large, that marriage is an institution between a man and a woman. 

In a 138 page ruling the Judge not only reviews the case but outlines a doctrine of law affirming that marriage is a "fundamental right" consistent with equal protections under the 14th Amendment of the US. The judge further  acknowledges that traditional marriage within the US has been between a man and a woman. He then declares that that same "fundamental right" (to marry) should be extended to same sex couples simply because he declares that homosexuals have experienced both sex discrimination and sexual orientation discrimination

"Hate Crimes" Legislation, Presidential Approval Of The Gay Agenda

This Is What God Says:

This Is What The President Obama Says:



"My expectation is that when you  look back on these years, you will see a time in which we put a stop to discrimination against gays and lesbians whether in the office or on the battlefield. You will see a time in which we as a nation finally recognized relationships between two men or two women, are just as real and admirable as relationships between a man and a woman."

On Oct. 10,2009 President Barack Obama said these words to a warm and welcoming cheer from the crowd of about 3,000 at the annual dinner of the Human Rights Campaign, (HRC) a gay rights advocacy group which we have detailed on this site. In fact gay advocate, Harry Knox, current member of the Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships was the former director of the HRC until Presidential appointment in April of this year.

In one of the most shocking parts of the President's speech he single handedly and in one sentence exalted gay and lesbian relationships to "admirability". Not only are the immoral relationships of homosexual unions out of the closet, they have taken center stage and are now touted as being something worth aspiring to. This means that homosexual relationships are, in the minds of many leaders of our country, at least equally as desirable as heterosexual ones. What has happened? This indicates a paradigm shift of morality, from objective values to culturally commensurate and relative values. Plain and simple the winds of CHANGE has shifted from the absolute truth of the God's word to a standard that is both socially and culturally acceptable and ever changing.

On Military Service

"I will end 'don't-ask-don't tell,'"..."We should not be punishing patriotic Americans who have stepped forward to serve the country,"..."We should be celebrating their willingness to step forward and show such courage and selflessness on behalf of their fellow citizens ... especially when we are fighting two wars."...I will end don't-ask-don't tell, that's my commitment to you."

Don't-Ask-Don't-Tell was the tag name of the law was passed by Congress in 1993 and signed by President Bill Clinton. The act prohibits any homosexual or bisexual person from disclosing his or her sexual orientation or from speaking about any homosexual relationships, including marriages or other familial attributes, while serving in the United States armed forces. President Obama said that he's working with Pentagon and congressional leaders on ending the policy so that gays can serve openly in the military without fear of reprisal or discharge.

The question is do the straight men and women that serve in the military mind taking showers with and bunking with individuals who are openly gay? Is there a psychology that comes along with these type of associations that make it difficult for both the straight and homosexual person? Will there be a greater risk on the battlefield for a homosexual than for a straight individual.? Will the homosexual receive preferential treatment in advancements and promotions?

I'll deal with some of these questions in the racism & the struggle for equal rights below.

On Marriage
"And I've called on congress to repeal the so called defense of marriage act and and to pass the domestic partners benefit and obligations act."
The HRC was one of the major advocates for repealing Prop. 8 in California and suffered a black eye at the hand of what they considered to be the "religious right". Since then 7 states plus DC have joined the ranks of legalized gay marriage bringing the total to 9 states plus DC. This is working according to the plans of the gay activist movement and in particularly groups such as Gay And Lesbian Advocate Defenders (GLAD) and Lambda Legal. who have aggressive plans to make homosexual marriages legal across the United States.

With that comes child indoctrination. As homosexual marriages become legal, and because we currently allow a system of federally controlled education, text books and syllabuses must be changed to reflect the laws of the land. This has happened, and will continue to happen as parents find that they have no rights when it comes to protecting their children in the public education setting. I've documented one such case HERE in Massachusetts which is the "gold standard" for homosexual educational rights.

President Obama has further committed and deeply entrenched himself himself into the homosexual agenda. From the Presidential Web site the further plans are open for everyone to view:


"President Obama also continues to support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and believes that our anti-discrimination employment laws should be expanded to include sexual orientation and gender identity. He supports full civil unions and federal rights for LGBT couples and opposes a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage. He supports repealing Don’t Ask Don’t Tell in a sensible way that strengthens our armed forces and our national security, and also believes that we must ensure adoption rights for all couples and individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation."

Racism & The Struggle For Equal Rights

Is the struggle against racism and for homosexual rights equated? In my opinion absolutely NO. Homosexuality DOES NOT equal the struggle for racial equality although the struggle for social acceptance follows the a similar path.

The critic says that in all of those questions that were asked above, we can simply remove homosexual and insert Black. Those were similar considerations when Blacks were allowed to serve in the proverbial "white man's" army? But is that really the case?

Being Black is certainly nothing that can be changed neither can it be repressed although many try. Black is something that is beyond an individuals choice "to do" and one cannot vacillate between being black and or any other color. In fact once a person IS Black they cannot become any other race or nationality. most say that 1% of blood that is Black is Black forever no matter how bleached it may be.

Similarly to my Grandmother who was 100% Chippewa. By all accounts she looked like a white woman. She married a Black man. When that happened,  her future children, as fair skinned as they would be, were no longer considered Indian (except by the gov't & casino industry) They were considered Black. In fact when my father showed up at the job at General Motors in Detroit, MI., light skinned and as much straight hair as he wanted to have, his skin was yet a half hue darker than white, and immediately my Grandmother, as faithful and good worker as whe was lost her job.

Sexual Choice


You see, all sex is a choice. Although many feel sex is an uncontrollable urge, it's really a choice. Love is also a choice and it is a spiritual venture not meant to be controlled by feelings (as it often is) or emotions (as is the modern standard). Homosexuality is not subject to the constraints of God and is a violation of his word. Plain and simple. It is a sin, along with heterosexual sin, and one must be saved or delivered from sexual sins IF that is one's propensity. I have written about a much argued point on Homosexuality In The New Testament HERE. FYI: God still does not favor homosexuality and it is still a sin.

Be it known, as I have stated clearly before on this blog, no person deserves to be discriminated against in employment, housing or the right to live and pursue freedom because they are homosexual. The reason is because homosexuality is not an illegal activity under the law (at least in most places). Homosexuality has advanced in the American Psychiatric Association (APA) definitions, and was declassified as a mental disorder in 1973. All disciplines soon followed. 

However the doors are open to members and advocates of other so called "sexual minorities" such as pedophiles and the incestuous, who are making the statement and asking the question, "I'm think I'm normal, why not make my sexual lifestyle legal?"

I'm sure that Warren Steed Jeffs is claiming that polygamy and pedophilia have not been give a fair hearing, and that he should not be in jail, not only because he's God's messenger, but also because he's simply a "sexual minority". Then there's movie mogul Roman Polanski who certainly feels unfairly treated especially since the young lady he sexually assaulted 10 years ago was 13 years old. He knows that the legal age of sexual consent in the Netherlands is 12, (see note below) and that America is just plain ole unfair.

Conclusion:

President Obama ended his speech by saying,
"Thank you for the work you're doing, God bless you, God bless America!"
The reality is how can we ask God to bless us when we endorse something contrary to his nature, his will and his word? How can that be blessed of God?

God has spoke and the President has spoken. Who's words will you follow and believe?

For me I'll conclude by saying this:

Joshua 24:15 ~ "And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but AS FOR ME AND MY HOUSE, we will serve the LORD."

The Netherlands has no sodomy laws, the age of sexual consent is 16 for all, sex between an adult and a young person between the ages of 12 and 16 is permitted by law, as long as the young person consents. It may only be prosecuted by complaint from the young person or the young person’s parents. The question remains whether the public prosecutions department would proceed to prosecute if the young person themself had consented and their parents filed the complaint.

The New Truth, Fairness, Justice & Love

The Legislature of the state of Vermont overrode the Governor's veto against homosexual marriage by a two thirds majority of both the House(100-49) and Senate (23-5) and has now ordained marriages between gays and lesbians as the law of the state. Although New Hampshire and Maine are on the way, Vermont is the first state to introduce gay marriage through legislative action. Vermont joined Iowa, whose State Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, made gay marriage the law of the land on Friday April, 3rd 2009 (now on furlough due to budget cuts) That case had been circulating through the courts since 2005.

Vermont and Iowa join both Massachusetts and Connecticut as the only four states in the American Union of States (aka United States of America) to sanction gay marriage. There are a host of other states that are considering civil unions or domestic partnerships which are 1 to 2 steps away from gay and homosexual marriage but are certainly steps in a favorable direction of the gay rights movement. So far as President Obama's backyard (ie:the nations capital) Reuters reports:
  • "Washington D.C. extended new rights to gay couples on Tuesday [4/7/2009], too, with a unanimous City Council vote to recognize same-sex marriages performed outside the district. Some city lawmakers lauded the move as a prelude to legal same-sex marriage in the U.S. capital."

The Nations Capital??? Concerning the Iowa victory, please note the jubilation of attorney Richard Socarides a former Clinton Senior Advisor on gay rights:

  • "It's a big win because, coming from Iowa, it represents the mainstreaming of gay marriage. And it shows that despite attempts stop gay marriage through right wing ballot initiatives, like in California, the courts will continue to support the case for equal rights for gays,"
Evidently Richard feels that no matter the will of the people that it is activist courts who should have the final authority to make decisions of this kind and impose those decisions upon the people. Unfortunately, this lawyer must not have read the Constitution Of The United States. If he did I'm sure he'd understand that the Courts of the United States were certainly not given powers at any point and time to make the laws of the country. In fact courts have no law making ability at all.

Concerning the Vermont Legislatures decision, consider former gay House Representative Robert Dostis who had this to say at the news:
  • "It's been a very long battle. It's been almost 20 years to get to this point," Dostis said. Then speaking of his 25 year live in lover Chuck Kletecka, he says, "I think finally, most people in Vermont understand that we're a couple like any other couple. We're as good and as bad as any other group of people. And now I think we have a chance to prove ourselves here on forward that we're good members of our community."
Now it is obvious that Mr.(or Mrs.???) Dostis has reformulated his/her own brand of morality claiming that homosexuals are "as good and as bad any other group of people", What is that about? Nobody has argued that homosexuals were not human beings. (At least that I'm aware of) The argument isn't about whether homosexuals are "good members of the community" either. The argument is about a paradigm shift in moral values which creates groups of people calling them "sexual minorities" and ultimately exalting deviant sexual practices to equal currently accepted traditional and moral sexual practices. I would like to know from Mr. (or Mrs.) Dostis on what basis has he/she established his/her moral value? What makes his/her sexual preference more preferred, legal and right than that of a pedophile (which I will have an article on soon~ because they are fighting for their rights in a similar manner) who is currently restricted in every state of the union from fulfilling his/her desire for underage sexual partners? Following their pattern, the polygamist, bigamist and even uncontrollable rapist should have the same rights as a "sexual minority" that the homosexual has under these new laws and subjective moral standards. All deviant sexual practices should be rewarded. Sexual preferences are just that, SEXUAL PREFERENCES, not a genetic condition as the gay rights movement wants us to believe.

All of this is shades of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) (Y'u-know that document that the Church Of God In Christ endorses and has endorsed? In case you didn't, just read HERE and HERE) Which is clearly and unequivocally stated by gay rights organizations and advocates as the backbone or foundation of the gay rights movement both nationally and internationally. The declaration, without singling out or excluding any particular group of individuals allows "human rights" for "sexual minorities" among other classes of individuals. For those who don't already know, the UDHR calls for the world to standardize policies for individuals who claim that they been discriminated against, in every United Nations member country and around the world. (Ooh yea, the cat's out of the bag now, and I won't let it just die and go away, because there are significant implications of a church endorsement of this document.)


Who Are The Playas, Pushas and Pawns?

In Iowa, it's Lambda Legal, a New York-based gay rights organization. They filed a lawsuit on behalf of six gay and lesbian Iowa couples who were denied marriage licenses. According to the Associated Press report, some of their children were also listed as plaintiffs. Why would children be listed as plaintiffs in an adult homosexual discrimination case?

Well, this is the same Lambda Legal who was featured in our article, "Are 'Human Rights' 'Gay Rights'? Pt. 2" who have produced, encouraged and promoted ALLY Week that promotes "safe" school environments by encouraging non-gay individuals to stand in defence of LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) persons in and at the school level. These networks also focus on the re-education and indoctrination of children into greater understandings and acceptance of LGBT individuals no matter what values a parent teaches their children at home. All of that is a product of the National Education Association who in 2007 adopted 3 no-vote executive session recommendations on sexual orientation to implement in public school agenda. The 3 recommendations were:
  1. "Develop public and member support" for the "creation, amendment and/or passage of federal hate crimes legislation" that the recommendation says "protects members and students from harassment or discrimination based on sexual orientation."
  2. "Expand the GLBT web page on the NEA website to include all resources devoted to GLBT issues, including but not limited to training, strategies for collective bargaining, legislation and policy, and the legal rights of education employees and students." Another portion of the recommendation asked that "NEA develop training standards for the appropriate inclusion of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression issues in NEA trainings."
  3. "Advocate for more fully incorporating sexual orientation and gender identity/expression within National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education standards and principles."The committee set its sights on the standards set by NCATE in hopes of someday requiring teacher candidates to undergo diversity training related to sexual orientation.
Then there is the Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders (GLAD), who helped to legalize gay marriage in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and has set a goal of expanding such marriages to all New England states by 2012. Maine and New Hampshire already offer same-sex couples some form of legal recognition. ~Reuters 4/7/09
Even food and beverage companies such as Taco Bell and PepsiCo have entrenched themselves into the cause to normalize the homo-agenda. In fact in one of Taco Bell's most recent commercials a pregnant man dressed as a woman in a blue dress, wearing leggings uncovers his stomach to reveal several affordable Taco Bell menu items. When the second character in the commercial asks him if he is wearing makeup, he simply responds by saying "You Can't Judge Me!"...This message is plain, simple and clearly goes beyond the sell and promotion of foods into a message of social morality and is clearly a message of comfort from Taco Bell to its current and potential customer base of transgender individuals. While Pepsi has given its endorsement and YOUR MONEY to Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) ($500,000) to help them oppose Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays and Gays (PFOX) which is a group who provides services to help ex-gays transitioning to normative personal, moral and sexual lifestyles. If that weren't bad enough they also gave ($500,000) more to The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) to oppose and continue to oppose Prop. 8. This is the same HRC which also uses the UDHR as a foundation to promote the homosexual agenda as stated in "Are 'Human Rights' 'Gay Rights'?"

Additional Problems:

The implications of all this are clear. The family has been redefined and morality shifted to those values that are not objectively based but are only subjectively based on whims and self desires. The church in it's desire to attract, a greater panacea of individuals, has become confused and staggered in an intoxicated stupor awaiting the next program or feel good event to resolve issues and make things "right as rain". I am afraid that the church has failed to reinforce and stand for the value system of the word within their communities. As a church our apolitical stance has allowed ungodly executives and legislators to reign and ungodly judges to proliferate their ungodly and anti-God value systems. Many of our ministers only want to be known by the President, Governor, Mayor, and other local official but do not wish to address anything of significance or substance or call those officials to godly and righteous accountability. We have reverted to "guest list" salvation where we are proud to take the high seats in public gatherings but live in the low seats and gutters of immorality and self preservation. We've stood for more money and popularity but who has stood for the word and righteousness?

It should further be no surprise that the first group effected by this set massacre of morality, is and would be the black community. Why and how? Our homes have been exposed due to lack of leadership. Men have been taken from the home by the droves through drugs, incarceration and immoral sexual practices and disease and bad choices. That has left a burden on women, grandparents and school officials who seek to provide moral substance to a generation that is seemingly destined and bent on shattering HELL right down the middle. The penile system has incarcerated black men at a rate of over 50% of all incarcerations annually. AIDS and HIV has ravaged the black community to the tune of over 50% of all new cases reported annually and over 65% of all young adult cases. This leaves a gap and a moral outcry from both the young and old of the black community wondering why and how we got into such a devastating condition.

Then there's the church, who has only thought about it's next offering or building plan program, and has left the family exposed. The daughter and son have been left open to molestation by the gay and lesbian minister of music, and musicians. Ministers have left our daughters who were once holy, seeking abortions as contraception to cover preachers and deacon's sins. The minister that has been afraid to speak up for fear of the board's decision has been "whipped" by popularity and social acceptance into submitting to the devil and leaving the ministry mission unattended. The members of the church who have supposedly been "waiting on the Lord" while the church and its leadership engages in more ungodliness with the endorsement of the HOLY TITHE that is represent weekly is equally to blame as the sinners that lead them. In short silent endorsement has allowed the innocent to actually partake in the sins of these ungodly self-promoting pimps and prostitutes that claim to have a word from the Lord and lead the people of God into HELL.
What Can We Do?

It is inevitable, the law of the land has changed. As the atheist Borg (Star Trek) chant "Resistance Is Futile!" the church can only REPENT for allowing sleep to come upon it in such an important time as this. it must RETURN back to God in hopes that he will stem this tide of unrighteousness, that has come upon us. The products are a rampant rise in atheism because our bible studies have been of no substance. A new and worse type of immorality, because we have made profit , gain, and association from sons who have no identity and daughters who have chosen material over character. The church has allowed ungodliness to not only sit in the church but direct, dress and control the church. This all MUST be judged by the righteous and holy God that he is. This WILL be judged by the righteous and holy God that he is. You'll find me on my knees asking HIM to help and forgive me!

2 Chron. 7:14-16 ~ "14-If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 15-Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. 16-For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually."
