The Most Dangerous Place

In response to a high abortion rate in New York city which touts over the 17,000 black babies murdered at the hands of abortion providers in 2010. That's almost 50 abortions per day by black women in New York City alone. Then there's the statistic that although Blacks only comprise 13% of the US population, they are over 36% of abortions annually. Pointing out that dismal statistic is an antiabortionist group called Thatsabortion.com. Building on solid statistical data they have undertaken to place another add bringing attention to what can only be considered to be a genocide occurring within the black community.

As I've written previously, since Roe vs. Wade in 1973 there have been over 50 million babies killed by the abortion industry with a disproportionately high number (over 11 million) by black women. This is an average of 1,450 Black children that are killed by abortionist efforts daily. As we will note in this article, there are many reasons for this high rate and statistic. Aside from the fact that some have simply made bad decisions, other factors such as poor education, economic disparity and a spiritual and moral value decline have contributed to this. Not to mention social pressures from the most liberal and elite class Blacks associated with Black boule efforts to control and manage population of the Black community. (I'll speak more on this in another article)

An Offence To Some?

However, not everyone in New York is happy with the attention. According to TheGrio.com in their article "Anti-abortion billboard singles out black women" some say that they are just down right overtaken that  the anti-abortion group would "offend" black women by stating that Black women abort their babies at disproportionately high rate. And of course you would know that leading the pack in this sentiment of "being offended" is good ole Planned Parenthood of New York City
"These billboards are offensive and disturbing. The creators are using divisive messaging around race to restrict access to medical care," ~ Roger Rathman, spokesperson for Planned Parenthood NYC.
In a press release regarding the add campaign, Planned Parenthood furthers states:
"Planned Parenthood believes that racism is wrong and has absolutely no place in the delivery of health care. Our doors are open to everyone. Every person should have access to high-quality, affordable health care; ensuring this access is critical to eliminating the health disparities among racial and ethnic groups."
So NOW Planned Parenthood is fighting for racial equality in health care delivery??? In that press release planned Parenthood also referenced the same type of campaign that took place in Atlanta last year and the response from a reporter in the Atlanta Journal Constitution:
“It's both sexist and racist to suggest that black women don't have the intellectual and emotional firepower to make their own decisions.” ~ Cynthia Tucker of the Atlanta Journal Constitution
In addition, District 3 New York City Council Member and Speaker, Christine Quinn was very concerned about how this would make Black women and the Black community feel, offering these assorted sentiments as reported by TheGrio:
"...pathetic attempt to discredit Planned Parenthood."...
"To refer to a woman's legal right to an abortion as a 'genocidal plot' is not only absurd but it is offensive to women and to communities of color,"...
"Every woman deserves the right to make health care decisions for herself and I will continue to fight to protect this basic right and against this sort of fear mongering."...
"Offensive rhetoric and deceptive actions against a woman's right to choose will not be tolerated in our city."
So according to their logic, pointing out the disparity which has continued for years is, "offensive and absurd to communities of color"...it is tantamount to "fear mongering"...it is now, "offensive rhetoric that will not be tolerated". There is such an outrage that anyone would offend people and citizens trying to make the best decisions for their own lives. This is righteous indignation at it's highest level. the proverbial fight for what's right at the expense of all else. Now all of that sounds like the pot that calling the kettle a Black growing human weed that must be controlled and exterminated...doesn't it???

Now, I'm Offended!

With all of these  abortion and women's rights advocates "concerned" for Black women and the Black community, I wonder how does that righteous zeal and "concern" fit in with the starling reputation of Planned Parenthood?  Then because I know what I know, I wonder which of those righteous zealots, since they are so concerned about the welfare of Blacks and the Black woman in particularly, will stand and speak against the foundation of Planned Parenthood and its subsequent mission against the entire Black and poor minority community, which by the way has NEVER BEEN RECANTED, by any of her successors including the Black Women who have subsequently led the organization.

For a minute let's just look at the founder, Margaret Sanger (1883-1966) and relish in her clandestine vision for the Black and poor community in her own words:

Being concerned about the increasing populations of Black and subsequently poor individuals, Ms. Sanger would go on record as having said that Blacks and the poor were:
"...human weeds,' 'reckless breeders,' 'spawning... human beings who never should have been born." ~ Margaret Sanger, Pivot of Civilization.
I wonder is Madame Quinn or any of her associates offended at this statement concerning all black and poor individuals? How about TheGrio.com or the NY Planned Parenthood director? How about Cynthia Tucker of the Atlanta Journal Constitution? Are any of them incensed and as righteously indignant that an organization funded to the tune of millions of dollars per year, has such a mission given directly from and by its founder, against Black families and individuals. Further, are they outraged that none of this has ever been recanted and even simply acknowledged? Aren't THEY the ones who said they wanted to "help" the Black community by presenting "non-offensive rhetoric" and speaking against "deceptive actions"? Then why not speak up now???

These people are no more than image managers, protecting deep pockets of wealth, enthused by  ungodly associations and aligning themselves with racist imperialists for the purpose and promotion of a purely secular state in which all truths are relative and all things are instituted for the purpose of fulfilling purely self-serving needs.

Ms. Sanger is in no way finished. What makes it so bad is that we will only scratch the surface in this writing.

The Use Of The Black Minister In Destroying The Black Community

Ms. Sanger knew how to use Blacks to accomplish her purpose. Ministers of the day were ripe targets then like they are now. 13 years after she was the keynote speaker to the KKK in what is now known as the Silver Lake Conspiracy, while working her way up to The Negro Project, she and her associates realized that they needed Black leaders to help manage the perception of her efforts. In a letter to Dr. Clarence J. Gamble (Proctor & Gamble) she stated:
"The minister's work is also important and he should be trained, perhaps by the Federation as to our ideals and the goal that we hope to reach. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members. ~ Sanger to Gamble, 10 December 1939.

In other words, Sanger didn't mind doing what she was doing but she didn't necessarily want to advertise the fact that her efforts were aimed at seriously reducing the number of Blacks, NOT simply providing better health care or enhancing quality of life. It was race and population control based on racist premises plain and simple...In fact Sanger espoused the thinking and philosophy of negative eugenicists (as we will note later)-- similar to Darwin's "survival of the fittest" -- but related the concept to human society, saying the genetic makeup of the poor, and minorities, for example, was inferior. Pivot of Civilization, by Margaret Sanger, 1922, p. 80

So the basic premise was that Blacks were inferior to whites and other races. Poverty and social groups that served the poor were indicators that society was unhealthy and that there were too many poor and Black folk in the community. Under this construct, charity was a negative to society and contrary to health societal values. Has Planned Parenthood EVER come out from under this mission? If so when and how? When was the public disclaimer given? Further, where is the public decryment of these sentiments and political direction upon and against these issues? Now, do we simply skirt by the mission and pretend that all that is desired is better access to health care and committment to quality of life? I know of no apology or statements that Planned Parenthood has ever changed from its mission or basic premise!

Since the basic premise of this organization was that Blacks were "inferior" and "unfit" genetically, it doesn't take much to understand the further aim and goal from an organizational standpoint:
"More children from the fit, less from the unfit -- that is the chief aim of birth control." Birth Control Review, May 1919, p. 12
So birth control had very little sentiment toward maintaining or providing a level of care. This was strictly and simply based on population control. However, whites, who were also having babies and larger families were not the target of Ms. Sanger's efforts, because they were "genetically favorable" persons and the "type" of people that society wanted to see more of. Ms. Sanger also stated this proudly:

"The most merciful thing that a large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it." Margaret Sanger, Women and the New Race (Eugenics Publ. Co., 1920, 1923)
Now, don't get it twisted for a minute. Ms. Sanger's whole premise was based on the inferiority of Blacks and the poor. Therefore those were teh babies that she was focusing on that would be better served by their families if they were to be killed and die!

The Delusion and Deception. Who Got Us Here and How?
The  "Negro Project" Some Real Black History

It was in the early 1900's Sanger, who embraced negative Malthusian eugenics ~ a system that sought to contain the “inferior” races through segregation, sterilization, birth control and abortion, reportedly became "concerned" about the living conditions of Black people especially in the overpopulated, high unemployment Harlem New York. Remember, as I've laid out in my series, The Nephilim, that Harlem would be the hot bed of cultism for many years and the influence of what happened in Harlem still exists across America today.

Ms. Sanger's pronunciations of eugenics was astoundingly clear to all them would would listen and for us who only have to read the record. She stated:
"Eugenics is … the most adequate and thorough avenue to the solution of racial, political and social problems." ~ Margaret Sanger 'The Eugenic Value of Birth Control Propaganda." Birth Control Review, October 1921, page 5.
The Use Of The Black Boule In Destroying The Black Community

In a letter to the influential and powerfully connected Dr. W. E. Burghardt DuBois (W. E. B. DuBois an influential Black man),  Sanger aimed at the persuasion of Black organizations and elite Black Boule members. Dr. Dubois's influence was within the NAACP. Sanger would present herself and hold that her efforts and clinic were developed to benefit Black people. With the assistance of other elite Black Boule, certain religious leaders, and print publications such as The Amsterdam News (a prominent black newspaper), Sanger established the Harlem branch of the Birth Control Clinical Research Bureau.

Next,  she would make sure that Boule Blacks were on board with her efforts by placing them in prominent and visible positions, given a certain amount of notoriety for their efforts and whaaaaalllaaa! The door was opened, because now the most connected and well-off Blacks began to promote the message that Planned Parenthood was good for all those poor economically deprived Black folk. Those that opposed the Boule message  were said to be less than caring about the condition and plight of the Black Community. It was the classic TAIL wagging the DOG that gave Ms. Sanger and her open but hidden message power...

This is the same demonic sentiment that exists today. Planned Parenthood has NEVER intended the Black Community well or good and their efforts from the beginning were demonically inspired and have NEVER been recanted or redirected by any of the other individuals who have led the organization! Planned Parenthood's committment to better health care access is an ancillary part of the overall LIE that must be decried by rational persons familiar with the facts and not involved in the cover up. The Black Boule, including the Boule controlled ministerium, NAACP, Fisk University's first Black President Charles S. Johnson, the influential Dr. W. E. Burghardt DuBois, and many former and current Boule controlled Black activists since, have just as much of a part in the genocide of our black families and the exposure of our Black women, as the racists, such as Margaret Sanger and her racist inspired organization Planned Parenthood!

What They Knew & Assumed:
One Supreme Court Justice Knew Of The Eugenics Elements Contained Within Abortion Law and Legalization

In 1977 the Supreme Court ruled states were under no obligation to fund abortions. However, in a 5-4 1980 decision, Harris v. McRae, the high court upheld a congressional ban against using Medicaid funds for abortion. In comments that were simply jaw dropping, former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsberg said the following to journalist and lawyer Emily Bazelon in July 2009 regarding the latter decision:
"Yes, the ruling about that surprised me,... Frankly, I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion. Which some people felt would risk coercing women into having abortions when they didn't really want them. But when the court decided McRae, the case came out the other way. And then I realized that my perception of it had been altogether wrong."
So an Associate Justice in the highest court of the land perceived that the whole abortion law and legalization was, not for better access to health care, not for better and more efficient treatment of disease, not for any of those things that the modern abortion rights advocates claim to hold dear today. The whole implementation of abortion rights was for population control of the undesirable populations, plain and simple. Blacks and the poor met that criteria of being undesirable from Sanger's own writings. This was a plan at the highest levels. This wasn't simple jurisprudence.  This was an organized and politically connected method and plan of action. Obviously there was a fly in the ointment, a decision that didn't go as planned that caused a ripple in the effect and implementation of the entire plan. the funding wouldn't be there openly, it had to come through and indirect route. Unfortunately, come it did.

Conclusion

Planned Parenthood laboriously denies all of this but there is something that they can't deny. They can't deny the many numerous articles that Sanger herself presented nor her own ideas as spelled out over and over in many different places and publications during the time. They cannot simply rewrite history as they are attempting to do in a weak social and political environment when everyone would rather find morality by emotion and proxy rather than perceive it and live it by conviction.

The Black Woman is the target and expendable piece of Planned Parenthood's efforts to seduce the world into believing that the Black community has the problem. The contrary is true. Though we have more than our fair share of problems, the fact remains that the real support necessary, such as moral values training and education was never provided to begin with. Further, because of the advancements of being able to make one's own way in life, social rebellion had and has its appeal. Instead of being trained on how to use freedom, the Black community has been ensnared by its own use of freedom and led into irresponsibility and irresponsible behavior.

There is hope! the hope is the gospel of Jesus Christ which must be preached, lived and placed in the center of these evils. Planned Parenthood must be exposed along with the Boule members that have proliferated the control and maintenance of Blacks under the guise of social programming.

When the church begins to grab their community and teach the precepts of righteousness, abstinence and solid moral values education, we will see a turn and a renewed sense of family and value for the unborn. Every now and then we see strong and profound Black women who didn't follow the path of secular morality, but who have overcome this wicked enemy that is intent on destroying all of our seed.  It's time for the men to realize that feelings and emotions are to be controlled and that freedom means responsibility. Only the gospel can satisfy all the needs and longing of the human heart.

Romans 1:16 ~ "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."

Blessed!

  1. Indiviuals like Al Sharpton and organizations like The Grio claim to advocate for the black community, but they consistently stand for abortion and with organizations like Planned Parenthood.

We should as them are they simply Boule pawns and fronts to control the mindset of Blacks?

You can't tell me with the news outlets that we have access to as Black folk that if they began to seriously educate and speak out against Planned Parenthood that that wouldn't change the whole position of the argument within our community?

Comspiracy? Could be, we need to ask them, Essence, Ebony and all the others, why not teach the character and nature of Planned Parenthood and what it has done and is doing to our community and steer these young men and women to institutions and practices that will be beneficial to both them and the community and our families?

I don't care, don't call me to preach if you don't want to challenge the devil and cast him out? What I don't have, I certainly can't loose!

  2. Excellent article Supt Barnett - excellent!!!! You probably know that the billboard has been removed. Supposedly, the workers at the store where the message was posted, were being harassed and threatened.
And the self appointed black leader, Al Sharpton was planning a protest stating that the billboard is offensive to black women - I guess targeting our black children to be murdered by planned parenthood is not???? This man’s conscience has been seared with a hot iron! (1 Tim 4:1-2) Keep pressing the battle to the gate!

  3. Lady D,

Yes, that was sad. They shouldn't have removed anything. The Black Boule is doing nothing for Black America except killing it and those such as Sharpton seem to be happy to do so.

The most vocal Black persons seem to be the most socially liberal and they do not represent me in any way. I want that to be known.

I don't fight for Tawana Brawleys and impugn everyone in the process and then when my actions are found to be on behalf of a fraud, come back and say, "well, they didn't do this but they did that"...

What issues are they fighting for in the Black community? Education, health care? Police intervention? What else? Are they fighting against liquor proliferation? NO...Are they finghting for gun control? NO. Are they fighting for financial independence through financial reform? NO. They are simply fighting to keep everyone contained in the box so they can reach everyone...well, I'm out of the box and won't be controlled by them or their friends.

Malcom and Martin came to the same conclusions. They didn't last long because they were at the top already, hopefully I'll last a little longer to spread the message because I'm a nobody. Thank God for being a nobody!

  4. Pastor, I feel the same way. I grew up in Chicago and know how Chi-town politics and most pastors operate. I could never understand why my neighborhood – the Engelwood district got worse, especially when there would be several churches on a block. How could the crime rate increase, and education decrease, especially – again, when there can be several churches on a block.
Why??? Because the Word of the Living God is not being taught and very few godly lives are being lived before the people. I saw Jesse Jackson literally take money from the poor and use it to build his kingdom. And his son fares no better, his district is one of the worst drug infested and crime ridden areas.
Wake up people and stop trusting politicians and self appointed leaders. Put your trust in God and not political parties, churches or man, black or white.
In Jeremiah 17:5, we are clearly warned. “Thus says the LORD: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the LORD”.

  6. Lady D,

That is amazing. Now you know I totally mess up my association with many of them by saying some of the things that I say. Some say that isn't wise and that I shorten my opportunity to bring change to them. While that may be arguable, the fact is that I am incensed that our community and our people (any people for that matter) are just used and seemingly prostituted for the sake of certain "agenda".

I guess when I had kids certain things in life took on a new meaning and level of importance for me and caused me to examine things like I hadn't done previously. I know one thing is true, things we see now are for a reason, and sometimes we have to go back and examine the reason to see the root of where and why we are where we are.

Now, many of these leaders are the worst part of socially liberal. Now Barack is socially liberal also but remember what Jessie Jackson said about him? He wanted to cut off his (you-know). Now some interpreted this statement as a mistatement of frustration from Jessie toward Barack for speaking openly regarding some issues. However what this was was a statement of control. Barack hadn't passed his "agenda or statements" by the gatekeepers and THEY, not just Jessie, were offended.

Remember the apology where a President and a "civil rights activist" and a policemen had to get together over a beer to discuss a local civic matter??? Why? This in my opinion was a matter of the Presidency humbling itself to the Black Boule which are the doorkeepers of actions from prominent black memners of the community and society. This was a display that even though there was a Black President that he was not going to be out of control to both Blacks and the white establishment.

Now, I know, that's sounds conspiracy like crazy and folks will think I've lost my mind, but we really need to look at it...

One more thing, in 1963 or so...Congress was controlled by Democrats. 80% of Black folk had voted democratic and theor votes successfully put the democrats in place. The democrats did not do ONE thing for Black folk during their time (for the most part) until reelection came. Malcom X spoke diorectly against this stating that even though blacks had elected democrats based on the promises of renewal, they hadn't delivered. He called Black voters "chumps" to do the same thing again. Before the end of the decade Malcom was dead!

The church has amazingly followed the path of political non-resistence. They have made themselves irrelevant and relinquished their control to "others" both by association and funding.

The ONLY thing that can change this is God and he will do it with people willing to use their funding in the proper manner. I know some moderately sized ministries that collect over $20,000 every Sunday in the hood! They are doing nothing but building their kingdoms like you said. What if the PEOPLE said, we will not deliver a dime to you until you comply to the word of the Lord? God through economics can change the landscape overnight.

However, we've got to give consideration to this...Are these leaders seduced by wealth or are they like that from the beginning? What signs are exhibited whereby we can identify those that will follow the wishes of the Boule and become a pawn?

Listen, I need to shut up, but thank you for commenting!

  7. I do understand what you're saying - and you are correct in your account of Malcom and Martin. Both men were blowing the trumpet against racism (black & white), and paid a price.
Pastor, I believe that we are looking at social engineering run amok – and our people will be paying the price for generations to come, if we don’t to the Living God.
We have been spoon fed socialism via welfare and assorted government handouts for so long, that our families are number one on the dysfunction list. How in the world can a BLACK man protest a sign that is telling the truth about the death of his own people??? Then sadly, we go to church and very few men of God will preach the gospel that sets the captives free. People are truly asleep in the pew; the Word of God is true!
Isaiah 29:10, 13 “For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered. 13Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men”. (KJV) Come quickly Lord Jesus!

  8. Lady D,

So far as Malcom and Martin, I believe that the black resistance and those in charge of keeping the black community "in line" were just as much of a problem with these men's missions and what they were trying to do.

It was said that the organizations such as the NAACP and the Urban League were tools in the hands of the elite whites by directing the elite blacks to keep the masses or the average blacks under control. As Malcom put it, the one's on the inside or the elite were the "House Negroes". They were consigned and had a mission to to "allow" black advancement at the pace and rate comfortable to the white elite establishment. Some say it was this group that Martin lost his fear of even referencing them in his final speech at Mason Temple in Memphis.

Now, notice the relationship with Sharpton, Jackson and these organizations today...If they are members, they are certainly not under their control, but what they do they do in accord with them. It's a really strange relationship looking on because NAACP has really been irrelevant for years and the Urban League only collects government funds to operate in the inner city. In fact the NAACP doesn't even own it's own building or national headquarters (or at least so I'm told) NONE of these organizations are vocal on abortion, liquor proliferation and they may say little on gun control as it pertains to blacks, guns and law enforcement.

Then look at what agenda they do have? It doesn't even effect the street.

I believe they are all Boule controlled.

  9. Okay Pastor, I just read the "Boule" article and it will take some time to absorb and comment on that information - and believe me, it does explain the inaction of our self appointed and vote stealing leaders~

  10. Lady D,

That adds a whole new dimension to understanding what we're in and why.

It took a friend of mine to remind me of W.E.B. Dubois's book, "The Talented Tenth". This was a Boule book talking about teh Boule.

    This is a mess.

  11. My righteous anger was already white hot at these traitors for selling our children and our future for 30 peices of silver, but this article and reading the comments have truly, truly gripped my heart with sadness at how the black community is seemingly under a curse. We sleep and are killed while we pay those who kill us to carry out the sentence.

There is much talk about "uplifting" and improving" but there are too many of these opportunists looking to collect government dollars and just need a sustained headcount to do so.

Before we as a people became so educated and liberated and enlightened we believed God. Poor as dirt but we trusted God and fought like wild dogs to keep our families. We didnt abort our children because we knew that our children would grow up to make things better. They were part of God's blessing to lift us up and out of the darkness. We survived and thrived, but now we have given ourselves over to death and rejected life.

I feel like Habakkuk. Lord, do you not see and how long will you allow the wicked to have control?
